Why isn't Supply Lists feature available on my site?
If Supply Lists feature isn't available in your Edlio admin site, check if any of the following apply.
Feature disabled in Settings
Web admins can choose to enable or disable Supply Lists feature.
To enable Supply Lists, go to Settings --> Supply Lists and check the box "Enable Supply Lists to help parents easily purchase supplies online"
Other reasons
- Website is for a district that has no separate school websites. In order to have supply lists on the district website, there must be at least one corresponding school website with an NCES ID.
- Organization is located outside the USA.
- NCES ID for organization is missing. Please contact support to add your NCES ID and get started using Supply Lists!
