Manage reservation requests
When a new facility reservation request comes in, you can approve or reject the request from the admin site.
You need to be a manager of that specific facility in order to view and edit the request.
To approve or reject a reservation:
1. Navigate to Facilities
If you are listed as a facility manager for any facility, you will see two sections at the bottom of the page: "My Reservations" and "Reservation Requests".
If you do not see the "Reservation Requests" tab, your account is not listed as a facility manager. Contact your website administrator to add you as a facility manager if appropriate.
2. Click on the "Reservation Requests" tab.
3. Approve or reject the pending request by clicking on the appropriate buttons to the right.
- If approved, the reservation will appear on the facility schedule.
- If rejected, the request will be removed from your queue.
