hello and welcome my name is Dan and I will be your trainer for this session in today's session we will learn how to use the mass communication tool efficiently will walk through the ins and out of that communication tool demonstrate how we can push out app notification voice text email and also highlight how it can be utilized to sent out social media posts currently what you're looking at on your screen in this video is the communication dashboard secondly you will notice that on the top of my browser I have a second tab open which showcases the web version of the app it's the same app that you would download on your devices that can also be situated within your browser and to do that you could always head back to the communication dashboard click on share your app and then select the web version by clicking on open and share your Appa provide you with a list of links uh that allows you to access various uh app stores where you'll be able to download the app and this is utilized also to share that with your community so with that said as shown already we are utilizing the communication dashboard I will also toggle over occasionally to demonstrate from the app how we can send out notification Voice and text so we'll be toggling between the 2 setup so as I Circle back to the communication dashboard we'll Begin by demonstrating the app notification ation to do so I'm going to start off by heading over to features on the features you'll find a number of features that are listed here for our training today I'm going to head over to app news under app newsfeed this is where you will find all the notification that has been pushed out over to the app and this is where you can come to kind of review you can also utilize it to send it out again and this is what you will observe under app news you'll also notice my news which is designed for our teachers where they can create their own little category as well which I'm going to highlight lie but that is a function that is available to our teachers as well now for our demonstration I'm going to start off with categories now you may be wondering what are categories the categories can be labeled as uh a label that you're creating that will allow your app users to subscribe to so that they're not bombarded with too many notification then they can be selective as to which specific category that they would like to choose so let's go ahead first of all click on categories and I will go ahead and create 1 and highlight some of the specifics of you will notice the tab site categories and that is what I'm going to utilize to create the site category or another name for it is Target site so we are specifying something very specific that our app users can subscribe to my categories is designed for our teachers that they can use as well now to create a category come to the right hand side click on the plus new button you'll notice a number of items that are displayed here will walk through each of these and highlight the pertinent ones the very first item that we noted is going to be select an image the image can be pulled from the built-in library or you can go ahead and click on upload to pick 1 from your device file manager I demonstration I'm going to go ahead and click on Library click on select an image on the pop up here this is where I can go ahead and locate an icon for my specific category that I am creating and usually we like to recommend iOS 7 because you are able to get those nice wired images or icon that looks nice and clean and I'm going to introduce everyone to surfing so I'm going to type in surfing and as I do there are a number of icons that populate I will make a selection and that is what will be associated with that news category that I am creating I will go ahead and give it a name which is a required field and I will label that as surfing news once I have done so let's go ahead and briefly highlight that as to what we observe in terms of these options that are listed you'll notice the very first 1 system category which is designed for automated feed something that is being pulled from social media from uh a third-party website you can utilize that option here but we are not using that for our demonstration today we can also utilize allowed teachers to post the news by doing so then we will need to indicate which of our teachers will be able to utilize this system category or category that I am creating and then lastly you have the option to opt in your users by default if you want to give the option for your app users to subscribe to it you can go ahead and deselect that option and then uh I will demonstrate how someone who would like to subscribe to it can go ahead and set themselves up so those are some of the 3 options that we can factor in and depending on the type of category we can go ahead and select any 3 of those or all of them on the right hand side you'll see your secure access the secure access gives you the option to trim down your audience you can make it accessible to uses that means this item will be public we can Define according to roles so the roles are listed here and then those are the specific individuals that will be able to see that specific category that I am creating so I can make it accessible only to maybe administrators teachers or maybe this is something only for parents to be aware of then I can make it visible to these roles as well as we move a little bit further you'll notice your target list and we'll spend some time highlighting how we can create Target lists and once again this is very specific and we can make a selection so that those folks will have access to that category so those are some of the options to factor in as you create a category and make it accessible to your app users once you have done so and selected what you would like to incorporate with this category just go ahead and click okay now that category will be saved we'll see it listed here and you'll notice right here is my surfing news category that I have created that column that I'm pointing at that is labeled subscribers it will indicate the number of subscribers that we have for that specific category you'll notice some of these other categories that are listed indicates that they have account as you come to the right hand side you can go ahead and click on show the subscribers currently we have no subscribers we should have 1 shortly which I will demonstrate we'll close this up we can edit our category we can also delete it if we don't want to use it so those are some of the items to be aware of as we create a category and the purpose is to allow our app is to subscribe to it well let's go ahead and demonstrate how our app users will be able to subscribe to that specific surfing news category that have created so at this time I'm going to toggle over to the app web version and what I'm going to do is just do a quick Refresh on my browser since this is an app version occasionally I will be doing that I'm going to walk over here to the right hand side and click on the 3 lines and I will refer to this as the hamburger menu as you click on it I will head over to settings and you'll notice that little gear button here click on your name it will access your profile on the settings I'm going to walk over to notifications now as I click on notification you will notice a number of different categories that are listed here I'm going to locate my surfing category as to where it's at and then make use of it and here's our surfing news category that have created the x that is selected at this time indicates that I am not subscribed to it now to subscribe to that category I have 2 options I can click on the bell and when I do click on the Bell that will indicate that I'm receiving a notification and it will also appear in my news ceed the news feed is the little button that I will highlight that is displayed on our app itself so that is where that message will be displayed now if we don't want to receive a notification that little drop-down that happens whenever we're receiving a message just to alert us that we have a message I can go ahead and click on the eye the I will stop that process it will not push a notification to you but it will automatically appear in your news feed so as a recap the Bell is designed for you to receive a notification and it will appear in your news feed if you don't want the notification you can go ahead and click on the eye now for I demonstration I'll go ahead and click on the little bell so that I will get both the notification and the news feed uh message once we have done that let's toggle back to the communication dashboard and I will go ahead and do a quick refresh over here and as I do take note that at this time we should have at least 1 subscriber and then we have it if we want to view who is that subscriber click on that show subscribers button and there you have it the accounts that are connected go ahead and close this up so we have created that 1 category we have demonstrated how our app users can subscribe to it let's go ahead and demonstrate at this time how we can send out a message to that specific surfing news category so at this time I'm just going to go back up and you'll notice that occasionally I may click on the 3 Lines which allows me to see a list menu of all of my features I can click on home that will take me back to our communication dashboard but to demonstrate the app notification I'm going to head over to mass communication now as I click on mass communication this is what will allow me to send out additionally voice texts and email and also social media posts but for right now we're going to focus on sending out an app notification our process is to go go ahead and click on new message as we click on new message I was starting point is going to indicate a name as to what this message is all about just as a point of reference for internal purposes so for example we'll say uh surfing news you will notice right here we will need to select our channels as to our communication for our demonstration right now we're going to just go ahead and run with app an app usually will be selected if we need to select any of the other channels we'll we'll go ahead and make that selection so app is already selected you'll notice you have the option to save anything that you're working with and you could always Circle back and access it I'll go ahead and click on continue you'll notice that it will send out a push notification if I don't want that to be that way I could always deselect that option the First Column you'll notice that I'm pointing at categories well as we can scroll down we can locate that specific category that I've created so if you use I will make that selection so those who are subscribed to it will receive that notification or message that I am sending out on the right hand side you'll see secure access do I want that to be visible to everyone who are subscribed to surfing news we can spell out specifically according to roles so we'll make it visible to only to any of these roles that I'm selecting and then at the bottom you will have your target list at as well so you can make your selection as to who will be able to see this notification now let's go ahead and click on continue at this time I'm going to go ahead and construct or build out my message let's label this as our first surfing meet that is required that the title secondly anything that we do add in the text box is also required in the text box is very robust you can also add images and other components like links table and so forth I will just go ahead and and State please join us uh boom this great event I'll go ahead and skip a line and insert a nice little image in here click on the image placeholder within that toolbar that it's uh featured here and this is very robust very much like a Google Docs or Microsoft Word application you can just drag and drop your image in here you can also by clicking on it it will give you access to your file manager and then you can go ahead and select which image you would like to insert in here so here's my image that I'm inserting it's uploaded you have a formatting toolbar that will appear here that you can make changes in terms of alignment and other options maybe I want that to be on the left hand side I can also pull the cam owners to enlarge the image so a few nicer formatting options that are accessible here now if you're happy with how things are looking let's go ahead and highlight the last piece here that we are going to search for our message you'll notice the wording attach or link content to message by clicking on ADD it gives you a number of options you'll notice a video upload file attachment the blue borders just indicates that you'll pull that directly from your device file manager the other items that are listed here with the gray shaded border indicates content that will pull directly and Link from the app itself so you have a variety of options that you can use you can just drag and drop using the video upload or file attachment option so fly demonstration I'll click on file attachment click on attachment or you can just drag and drop a document in here I'll make a selection of a PDF and here's the PDF is uploaded if we don't need it we could always just click on the trash bin let's click done as a recap as to what we have just done we are creating a message that we will send out to our app users who are subscribed to the surfing news category title is required and tax within the text box is also required and I have added this PDF as well now if we are satisfied we'll go ahead and click on continue you'll notice 1 app newsfeed it will head out our general setting indicates how we can send this out we can schedule it for day and time set it up so that it will happen on a loop if we would like that process and then you'll notice your app setting you can also limit the visibility how long do you want that to stay in the newsfeed or on the app hide the timestamp those are some addition functionality that can be utilized now if you're ready let's go ahead and click on send and it will tell us right away that uh this message will be sent as an app news feed here's the news feed it has already pushed out and then we'll get a quick confirmation as well for that push notification now once that has happened we'll get the green check indicating that everything has been sent out and then we'll have it accessible on our device and you'll notice right here the push notification has been sent to 1 device only right hand side we can create another save draft we can also you our messages that we have sent out those are options that will be accessible here on the right well let's go ahead and take a look at the message that I have just sent out to the app only so let's toggle over to how a device will refresh over here now since we have used the push notification we have that little drop-down message that will happen we can click on that and we'll route us directly to message itself let's say we have seen that notification but we have not acted upon it whenever you have something new in your news feed you'll see that little circular dot indicating there's something brand new I'll go ahead and click on news and here's my message first surfing me we have the specific tag or label that we created that category is being displayed there we have the timestamp let's go ahead and click on it and as we click on the message now we are met with all the details that we have entered we have the PDF uh we have the wording everything nicely positioned here so that we can view that message that has been sent out so that is how we can use the communication dashboard to send out a notification message to our app users let's go ahead and circle back at 2 our communication dashboard and highlight a couple of other elements that pertains to that app notification that we have sent out so let's go ahead and click on that uh post table and what I'm going to do is click on the hamburger menu walk down to features and click on app news feed as we click on the app news feed as stated earlier on the app news any news item that we are sending at sending out to the app will be listed here here's that first surfing meet everything that was incorporated some specifics are listed here and our view let's come to the right hand side you'll notice we can pin that for a duration so that it will stay there for our app users we can also duplicate by clicking on that copy button we can also edit and if we don't need it we can go ahead and click on the delete button that trash bin let's go ahead and click on the edit and as I click on the edit I'm going to highlight something very specific let's say I need to make an adjustment uh to what I've done please join us for this great event and I'll say now I don't want to send this message out again as I come towards the bottom you'll notice the options given to us if I want to send that out again that will send out a new notification as well I can go ahead and click on Save and resend but if I want to kind of keep that on the download this is just a minor update nothing major I can go ahead and click on apply or okay by clicking on apply you'll see right here and by clicking on okay it will factor in that change that we have inserted it will update that notification on app now we will be set there's no new notification that is being sent out by clicking on apply or okay so let's look at our Circle back to the app itself we'll refresh and as I refresh and click on news here here is that new expression that I have inserted today it Bears the original timestamp 5 minutes ago so a neat little feature that can be incorporated as well and at this time I'm going to head back to the app news feed since we don't need that first surf meet I will go ahead and click on the trash bin and you'll notice the confirmation that will show up so that you can go ahead and click yes if you want to delete that we'll click yes and we'll say goodbye to it now this is so we have spoken about the app notification and it's a functionality let's go at this time demonstrate how voice text and email notification will work so I'm going to click on the hamburger menu click on home and now before we dive into the full functionality of voice text and email notification we're going to demonstrate how we can utilize all gets less now what is Target list Target list is a list of our recipients to whom will be the who will be receiving the voice text and email and we can also incorporate app notification as well by default Target list autogenerated through classroom or can be created manually and for a demonstration we'll go ahead and showcase how we can create various Target list manually so at this time on our communication dashboard I'm going to head over to people on the people you'll notice right here Target less now something just to be aware of if we're creating something manually it will pull from our managed people let's walk over there and just highlight 1 or 2 elements as I click on manage people you'll notice family staff those are the main tabs that we will encounter occasionally you'll see some additional tabs that are listed there such as unassociated guardians or no role just indicates that those are specific profile they are missing elements now something to be aware of as you take a look at the family it will showcase all of your student first of all and within each student it will indicate the parents attached to that child right hand side you will see some additional detail that are super helpful as to how we can reach out to that family you'll notice that the very first 1 app is not shaded in green that means oh just indicates that they have not logged in on the app but we are still able to reach out to them by email Voice and text and as you hover over these icons you'll see the label reachable that just indicates that you're able to reach out to the parent of that child Additionally the same can be observed if you head over to staff you'll notice on the right hand side reachable maybe you're creating a Target list just as staff members and uh you will see under their account as to what is indicated that you're able to reach out to them on the staff and family you will notice right here that reachability option as you click on the drop-down it will provide you with these options reachable and as I click on that on that specific filter it will indicate who I will be able to reach out to will give you an updated list the same can be performed if I head over to family under reachability it gives you different options on family reachable and currently we have only 2 students that we are able to reach out and the reason be this is a demonstration that's why we are kind of keeping it in that uh way but it kind of gives you the idea of how these filters and if you want to find out who you are able to reach out you'll have the details accessible to you so let's Circle back to our Target list and another way that we can Circle back we can also click on that little set of links that is displayed on the very top I will click on people and as I click on people I'm going to head over to Target list now on the target list as stated a Target list can be autogenerated through classroom and will be populated here and uh you'll notice a number of options on the right hand side example the target count you can view the targets you can sync again you can clone or duplicate you can edit or delete that specific Target list option that are available in terms of Target lists that you want to create manually you can click on the import button there's a spreadsheet that we do provide that you can download fill it out with all the pertinent information and take a look at uh the files information here as to what needs uh to go in there and some of the specifics once we have fulfilled that upload the document in here click on continue bottom right and then you will have your target list but what if you're creating 1 manually uh let's go ahead and kind of explore that because it will detail for us a few other things for us to be aware of so to create that Target list manually we'll click on the plus name notice on the very top we need to give it a name I'll say then the trainer tests once we have entered our name we will need to indicate our targets now let's go ahead and highlight the specifics that we see here first of all you'll see relationship mode which is super helpful and as you click on the drop-down there are different options that we can select include parents run only parents or only children what does that mean well as you click on that little question mark it will provide you with all the details as to what the selection is all about for example if I'm clicking on normal leaving as the default setting it will match the person that we are selecting or that is part of that Target list you will also notice maybe I want to include parents then at that time the system will locate the parent and that attach them in that Target list we can also include children if this is was if this was a parent listing and you'll see the very specifics that are listed as well so those are things that we can Factor it in in terms of the relationship mode of that Target list you will also notice we can add filter groups with Filter group is very specific it will look at our people record based on the particulars and pull that information let's go ahead and demonstrate that we'll click on the add filter group and this is where I will need to select my filters click on the drop-down you'll see a variety of filters that are accessible I'm going to head down to grade and it tells me grade is any of and I'm going to spell out the 10th grade and I can add additional filters if I would like I can also clone it or remove it those are options that are available right here we can also import we can add manually as well those are additional options that are accessible to you so at this time I'll go ahead and click on okay Target list has been created successfully he has done the training Tesla's and you'll also notice this little statement here that the target list will be synced every hour once you create or edit them and it will takes just a few minutes to sync to complete if you want to kind of force a sync you can come to the right hand side click on sync click on yes on that window once we have done so we'll do a quick refresh here and take note of the counter that will be accessible to us then the trainer Teslas we have 2 targets if we want to view who all the targets we'll click on The View Target button there we have it gives you a number of information now let's say I want to incorporate the parents of these students click back you can just go in and click on edit at this time under relationship mode I will click on the drop-down and include parents click okay I'll go ahead and sync that once again and refresh now at this point we have 4 targets and as I click on view targets you will see some additional detail parents are included at this time based on the selection that I chose under relationship mode I'll go ahead and click on back let's go ahead and highlight 1 last piece to be aware of with your target list I'll go ahead and click on the edit let's highlight restriction as you click on restriction you can spell out specifically who will be able to access that Target list and if you need a reminder you could always click on that little question mark this is super helpful whenever you see that around in our platform just provide you with some additional detail only people matching these filters will be able to use that Target list and you can add a filter group click on the drop-down and you can specify who will be able to you can also go over to person and under person this is where you get very specific where you can utilize uh their names so that once you have selected their name system will match that only that person will be able to access that Target list and will be visible to them so that's an option that we can also incorporate so that we don't make it accessible to everyone but to only specific staff members or even specific staff groups or roles go ahead and click cancel here at this time so we have created our Target list then the trainer list and we have for recipient in that list I'm going to go go ahead and click on people and just highlight 1 additional item since we are here on the people is the community Analytics as you click on the community analytics it will provide you with a lot of crucial information for example your family reach earlier when we spoke about uh how we can reach out to folks and what will indicate that they are reachable with those icons this over here provide us with a much richer uh set of data and you'll see as to what's accessible on the right hand side you can view the Parents Without app it will kind of filter and showcase the information right over right away so you have your family reach under the staff reach at the same you'll see as to what is available so those are details that are accessible under the Community Analytics so we have spoken about a few things here let's kind of recap as to what we have spoken about under people manage people we took a look at uh what's listed here family staff we walked through these icons here on the right hand side just indicating that we are able to reach out to them for these different channels as we Circle back to people we spent some time speaking about Target lists as to how we can create them and the specifics in terms of relationship mode that we can incorporate and lastly we spoke about the community Analytics which gives us very defined data as to what is happening in terms of how we can reach out to our community member or they logged into the app phone voice data all of that will help us understand the level of Engagement let's go ahead and click on home as we click on home that Community analytic data is also accessible right away on your communication dashboard and you can also click on these icons here to access the additional data Matrix well that's a lot of information that we have covered let's go ahead and demonstrate how voice text and email will function I'll go ahead and click on mass communication now on the mass communication there are a number of items that are listed here let's highlight a few of the pertinent ones that is a relevance to us I will head over to settings under settings you will notice 2 items email addresses and caller ID I will highly suggest taking a look at the wordings that are provided in each of these uh settings I have highlighted the very first 1 the email addresses email messages can be sent from an email in your school domain if the domain has been verified with ADD Leo if he has not been verified you can still add that information but you will also notice that the message will be sent from an ADL your email address but the display name and the reply to address will match that if an email address is not on a verified domain so let's go ahead and demonstrate that so once again if you would like the specific email to be displayed there it has to be verified by Ed Leo you can add 1 and add a specific name and let's say I will add my email address here and we'll put in the name school email once I have done that I'll go ahead and click save and that information will be accessible whenever I'm using email let's go ahead and highlight the caller ID caller ID when it comes to text messages and voice messages they're sent from a pool of numbers by default but voice messages we can take it 1 step further we can actually include the School's number and this is the specific direction we can type in the phone number along with an extension and then click on call your phone will ring there are some prompts that you'll have to follow through once that's done and confirm then your school phone number will appear here so additional details please review that so that you're familiar with how the caller ID will function so that is the settings that can be applied for email addresses and caller ID and once again I'm going to click on the mass notification so we have spoken about the settings you'll notice on the right hand side we have templates templates are super helpful so we can create those templates ahead of time and access it so this is where you can go and create your templates sir click on the new template and then fill out very easy to follow through click on new template give it a name and then choose your channel as to what you would like to use and proceed accordingly click cancel we'll click on mass notification communication if you have Auto notices our team will work with you so that you get that set up so that it will work uh correctly a little bit later on we'll talk about the email and phone activity as to how that will work let's go ahead and click on new message that's why we're here to send out voice texts and email I'll click on the new message button very much like what I demonstrated earlier with app notification we'll just need to go ahead and give it a name and let's say this is going to be our second surfing meat put this demonstration I'm going to leave app as is because now we'll get to see its full functionality NASA communication I'll go ahead and click an email text voice now if you plan on using social as you click on that you will need to connect to the social media platform either Facebook or X once connected then you will be able to send out the communication on those social media platform with Facebook you will be required every 90 days to reconfirm your connection so you'll be prompted to re-enter your credential once again so let's go ahead and close this we're now going to send anything out to social media in this training let's go ahead and click on continue now as I click on continue you will notice sir notification which we have spoken about earlier I would click on surfing news I can Define who will be able to see that under my secure access on the right hand side I'm going to walk over now to email text invoice I need to incorporate the specifics first of all you'll see the default language we can choose different languages if we would like the default is English at this time I'm going to go ahead and select then the trainer test lists I'll make that selection once I have selected my target list and you can select multiple Target lists if you would like I'll go ahead and click on continue now we're going to start off from left to right indicating the various channels that we have selected and adding our message we'll start off with app we'll say our second so meet please join us once again and then you can also attach documents images here as well if you would like if you're just keeping it as is then head over to the next 1 which is email as I click on the email tab you will notice that it will capture already everything that uh we have we can also add a translation now something just kind of keep in mind if your target list does have other languages other than English you will have that add translation button and then you will notice French is there we'll make that selection it's already selected and we'll click okay so French will be included in our communication in terms of translation that we have that information is already set up with the profile of the recipient that is part of the target list that is why we have that option available to us let's go ahead and click on text here's our text that's shown here translation is already included we could always remove it if you don't want to do that let's head over to voice now under voice you have a lot of options for example text to speech based on what we have entered in our text box initially that is what's captured that is what will be you could say read out in that little robotic voice set to Our Community member now if you don't want to go with that approach of text to speech you can move on to record from device click on that option you will just need to go ahead and click on the start recording the max length for the message is 3 minutes and then uh it will go ahead uh and capture that recording you can also do upload from audio we out the specific file that you will need MP3 mp2 a wave a file and it will also be a maximum 3 minutes in length if you're uploading a file and last lie you have called to record as you click on that type in your phone number click on call and then just kind of follow through as well with what's provided here so that you can uh pick the necessary action to save your recording and that is what the the public will hear or your target list will hear now if I demonstration I'll click on text to speech we'll go ahead and kind of run with that text that I have entered translation is being factored in automatically I could always remove that if I don't want it so those are options that we can uh work with let's go ahead and click on continue take a look at the summary 1 app news feed for emails 1 text and 1 call based on the information that is featured on our Target list recipient we can schedule it out recurring and then you'll notice the app settings here as well let's go ahead and send it as I click on send right away you will notice some details that will be accessible telling us the news feed notification text email has been sent out and if we're happy happy with what we see we can close shop right now we can view the messages create another 1 let's go ahead and click on view messages as we click on view messages you will see the second surfing me here right hand side it provides you with an overview of all the details and as you take a look at the report app it will give you the information as to the site the review under email here's the email that was sent out to whom the English the French as I click on the recipient take a look at the status all of these emails are non-working emails that we're using for our demonstration that is why we see that bounce status let's head over to text this is what was sent out we click on recipient you'll notice it was accepted click on voice same details recipient initiated and you'll notice the call was answered and is currently in progress 103 and then you'll notice that the details that is accessible and as you hover over it it will give you the uh options that are provided here and you can understand uh the specifics as to what has happened so those are some of the options as you send out a voice text and email as to what will be seen let's click back I'm going to go ahead to the mass communication button whenever you click on view messages you'll see everything that we have just spoken about come to the right hand side you can click on the overview and you can also clone this specific message if you would like let's click on Mass communication let's take a look at the email and phone activity as I click on that it will provide you with detail as our subscription you'll notice uh for this specific user is subscribed to tax and subscribe to voice there was a message that was sent out not too long ago that is the detail that will be accessible here and also under your subscription status you can take a look at who is subscribed who has decided to unsubscribe as well you'll see different uh contact type email who will be able to see that and then you have your target list let's go ahead and click on email text and voice Target from here I will go ahead and select for our voice text and email communication message if we would like once we have taped that in we can also use the formatting Toolbar to go ahead and utilize any of these option to dress up a text we can also add attachment if we would like it capture everything that we have entered initially for our app notification if we are satisfied with that we can go over to compose our text there we have it we can also add translation if we would like make that selection so that French will be selected or not so that is the option we have let's go ahead and click on compose a voice under the voice type unlike the communication dashboard which gives a variety of option we only have 2 options here text to speech or record audio if you decide to click on record audio you'll just go ahead and click on the record button record your message and that is want your Community member will hear let's go ahead back to text to speech we'll go ahead and click on settings at this time you can schedule it for later recurring app settings are position at the bottom let's go ahead and click on summary you'll see the specifics in terms of delivery has how we will be sent out click Send it goes out and as stated you have your reports that will be accessible to you now the reports are not available on the app you will have to log into the communication dashboard head move it to mass communication take a look at the email and phone activity you can also take a look at view messages which will provide you with the details there so you'll have those reports that will be accessible for you so those are the options that you have that you can select either to send out your app notification voice text and email via the communication dashboard all directly from the app as well thank you for joining us for this training
