Welcome to our webinar of today today we'll be talking about friendly URLs and SEO or search engine optimization So don't worry if you have any questions my colleague Sergio is in the chat and he will be answering all the questions that you may have during the session and at the end we can have a question-and-answer minutes for him or myself to help you answer some of them that you have so I hope this webinar can help you understand an optimized what do you have on your CMS and you haven't seen it or work with this feature or this tool inside your CMS from now on you can take them and take a look to them and start editing So today we're going to talk a little bit about search engine optimization or most commonly know as SEO we're going to take a look too friendly URLs and how work with them on the CMS where going to jump to the CMS to see how to edit and where to find this to on how to edit them from your CMS these are features available for website administrators and they're very important to work with them with your communication and mostly marketing purposes At the end I'm just going to give you a few Best Practices that it will be looking into during this webinar and you can take them along at the end this video will be uploaded in the next few hours to our help center where you will be able to find it and take a look and see it again So let's start with the first two topics and the search engine optimization it's mostly a group of tools that can help you to increase traffic to your website and to increase your site ranking in the search engine results so whenever at user any kind of looks for our website any page and key word can find this specific page or can find our site in the most common search on the most in the most first in the first search So from your CMS we're going to be able to do a few things to increase your traffic the first one is work with friendly URL work with keywords and the meta description you can also play and edit the content but in today's webinar we're not going to take a look into the pages and content we're only going to focus on friendly URLs and key words and were to edit those I'm going to stop sharing this one and we're just actually going to jump into our Admin Site and I'm just going to take you to where you can see and start editing these sections so let me share now okay once that you are on your Administrator there are two places where you can find these tools the first one is going to be under Settings so we're going to go hamburger menu we're going to go to site management I'm going to settings under settings we're going to find how to play or how to edit how to edit homepage title tag how to work with meta description and how to edit keywords it is very important for me to say that from settings working at work and we're going to edit what is on your site so the whole site your whole domain okay very important for me to say that we're working on the for the website URL The General the domain so whenever a user her looks for your site or looks for any of those keywords meta description that's where we were we want to edit so we can just play wee homepage title meta description and meta keywords whatever we enter here we're going to be able to see it later on under each page so for example if we want to change or add title tag's you only need start editing and adding words here meta description is a brief description of what can be found on your site now and I'm just going to point it out of the help center you can find actually good practices always my advice is to keep it short keep it simple no the less  the better engines like Google tends to start recording what is short and brief and an it doesn't have to be like a whole paragraph with the description so basically what we're going to find here if it's a school the name the district where you are in the region if it's a Province it's where you are or what you want to share about the site on this section And Meta key words keywords are brief and list of words that can also help that meta description to be more specific know any kind of war that can just give us a more in-depth description of your sight I'll give you some details on those in later on the best access so the first step is going into settings and edit this infection from here I know I just pulled an example on this one who Counseling Center welcome My Demo test and right now I'm going to show you from the admin how to get to the settings or the sale SEO for this page we're going to go to the Atman going to go to hamburger menu we're going to go to pages right now I'm going to work with a Counseling Center so I'm going to search the page that I have already created Counseling Center woke up this is the one that I'm going to work with and here's what we're going to find is the URL for this page which were actually going to turn into a family room and we're going to find our tax Tower images whatever no description gives some some input to the second on that the search with the brief very brief brief description keywords of the way that I used to do it on my school it was a dream make group a kind of a focus group where I will call teachers admin staff maybe students those parents note that can be give us some input here is a list basically a list of War /, separated by commas that can give us a more description of what we're going to find on this page so counseling I'm just going to put your name Queen and Clarence students know my advice on this works is be very generic but specific to
