Technical Support Tickets

Need help with your website or have a technical question?

You can ask a question, create a support ticket, or reply to an existing ticket through our support launcher at the bottom right corner of the admin site.

1. Log into your website's admin area.


2. Click the Edlio Support launcher at the bottom right of the screen

3. Search for help, speak with our digital assistant, Spike, or create a Support Ticket

Spike will be your first point of contact when starting a conversation. He can look up help articles for you as well as answer questions you have over the CMS. He can also ask if you would like to open a support ticket. If you know which articles you would like to find, there is a search bar containing all of our help center articles.
 
When you open a ticket, please include a subject line and provide as much information as you can so that we can better assist you. You may attach screenshots and files that help explain your question.

Once a support case is created through the launcher, you are able to reply through the Tickets tab. You can also view conversations that include help from Spike as well as the tickets created in those conversations through the Messages tab.

Not seeing the launcher?

The messenger launcher is added to your admin site through Javascript, meaning it can be blocked by your browser.  Please check to see that you are allowing Javascript on the admin site. Additionally, using an ad blocker can interfere with the launcher. If you are using an ad blocker, please either have your admin site URL omitted from using the ad blocker or disable your ad blocker while using the admin site.
