Technical Support Tickets

Need help with your website or have a technical question?

You can send in a support ticket or reply to an existing ticket through the Edlio CMS (your website's admin area).

1. Log into your website's admin area.

2. In the top right tap on the Help menu and select Contact Edlio Support.

3. At the bottom of the page click the "Open new ticket" button.

If this is in regards to an existing ticket click the ticket number then tap New Message (if open) or Re-open this ticket (if closed).

4. Ask your question then Submit your request.

Make sure your email is correct and provide additional contact information if desired.

Provide as much information as you can so that we can better assist you. You may attach screenshots and files that help explain your question.
