Sending A Newsfeed Item To Twitter/Facebook

From the Dashboard:
 
Step 1:  Select "News"
 
      news
 
Step 2:  Select "+ Create New"
 
      
 
Step 3:  Enter a title and message  
              Add an attachment (OPTIONAL)
              Add a video  (OPTIONAL)
             Click "Continue"
 
            
 
Step 4:  Place a checkmark next to Facebook and/or Twitter.  Click "Continue"  
 
            
     
If your school Twitter or Facebook is not connected, you will be prompted to set up that account at this time 
 
Step 5:  Review your message and click "Send"
