View Delivery Report

Find the Broadcast you would like to view and click on Report to navigate to the delivery report.

You can view the delivery results for each contact in each channel for a Broadcast.

 

Use the tabs to navigate between each channel and use the search bar to find a specific contact.

 

Click on Download Report to download the delivery status of all recipients across all channels as a CSV.
