Identify Multisite Management Users and Utilize Multisite Management

This feature will be available in early July.
You will only be able to access Multisite Management if your account on your district or organization's main website has Multisite Management.

Before navigating between your organization's Edlio websites, ensure that your district admin has enabled Multisite Management for your account.

Connections are seamlessly established as relevant fields sync across all sites where you have been granted access upon the creation of your account on the district site.

MSM badges

Badges are visible both in the User Management list view and on the user's profile page, serving as indicators of Multisite Management privileges. You can easily identify whether a user has Multisite Management access by checking for the corresponding badge.

Additionally, on the user's profile page, Multisite Access will be listed under Site-wide access in the Site Privileges section.

Navigate between site admin dashboards using the multisite manager dropdown menu

If you do not see a little down arrow next to your organization's name, your account does not have Multisite Management. If you believe this is an error please contact your organization's main administrator.

Can I utilize Multimate Management with the "admin" account?

For security reasons, you cannot connect using the "admin" username. We recommend switching to the later Super Admin permission. Please contact the Support team to make the transition.

What if I'm unable to find the website I wish to connect to in the dropdown menu?

If the site you're looking for isn't listed in the dropdown menu, it's likely that you don't have access to that website's dashboard. Please reach out to your district administrator to request site access privileges.
