Enjoy this short training on the OSMS Portal Home Screen. We go over all the resources related to the home screen that should help bookkeepers with relevant questions.

Good afternoon everyone! Thank you so much for joining us today for our Edlio Pay webinar. Today we will be covering the main home screen of the OSMS Management Portal. Don't worry if you do get pulled away a video of this presentation will be available on the Edlio Help Center site shortly in the next couple of days. We do have a Technical Support Representative in the chat. So as we're going through the webinar and covering the home screen portal free to ask a question. You can put that in the chat or use the Q&A function as well within Zoom. So thank you again for joining us today and we will go ahead and get started. Again today will we will be covering the OSMS Management Portal home screen. So the OSMS Management Portal home screen is where you as a school user, you know whether to be a bookkeeper, the main manager of the school, store, a district administrator, we are going to login for Online School Payments to create any online school payment products/items that you want to sell or reports that you want to run. So that is the Management Portal again for the Online school payments for Edlio Pay. So here is the home screen here for the management portal. I'm going to log in with my credentials here. So the main when you come to the management the main section here is your login. So this is where you would login. When you click on next, you would then choose your school. So if you're traveling bookkeeper or if you have access to multiple sites you will see that in your drop down. If you only see one school that's totally fine, that's just the one that you have access to.  So I'm going to choose Sunnydale High School and then click login.  So the login is on that main first page of the management portal. Then it logs you into the system and brings you to this home page here. The first item that I want to highlight is the main green menu bar here at the top. So you got home, statement. So statements is very helpful when you're wanting to find the information on the deposit or money that you have received for your statement period. So under statements you can go and run that report to see how much money has come in for that statement period. And where that money should go to each individual fund account. Next, under transactions. The transactions menu is where you're going to spend a lot of your time you know where you're taking action. So creating items to put online for sale, editing any items, anything that you're wanting to see on products, create a new one, edit you would do under transactions and OSP products. Also if you are doing any sort of categories, any actions that you're wanting to take you know on products, grouping products together, tracking inventory is all under this main transactions menu. Under inquiry this is where you can do a quick look up of payments that have been made or orders that he placed. So you can do a payment inquiry on a full order or by student. You can also do a refund inquiry. So that's a quick look up. Under Reports this is where you'll find all of your reports that are available in the system. So real time reports are at the top for the sponsor teacher and the activity date range, and then at the very bottom the additional reports which are larger reports that you can run.  They are updated twice daily at 3 a.m. and 3 p.m. Eastern Time.  So those additional reports you can pick and choose the information that you're wanting to see. Under set up you can come here and add new fund accounts.  You can also set up sponsors and teachers to be able to log into the system. Then you can also manage your password. So that's the highlight of the main menu bar there. What this red bar here - if we went to transactions and OSP products it's going to show you your crumbs here. So you can see your now intransactions and OSP products.  You can also go back to the home screen by clicking on the logo up here in the top left-hand corner. It will take you back to the home screen, but as you go through this it will show you your bread crumbs here where you can follow along where you're going throughout the system. If you do have access to multiple schools over here on the right you can pick your drop down list and then go between your schools.  So we can go to Monroe High School, and will change us to Monroe.  So I want to go back to Sunnydale. So that's how you can switch if you have multiple accounts. You can also log out here over on the far right. So we have our little welcome message, and then we have our news feed.  So any pertinent information that were wanting to share with you as a user and manager of your store, we will put here in the news feed, and you can click on the information and it will show you the full  - It will download and show you the full message there. You can also look up any District Information there.  You can download quick start guides. This would be specific for certain District Information that they would like for you to take a look at.  So an OSP quick start guide, an activity set up form, adding a link.  So some helpful information on how you can add your link of the school webstore to your your website. We also have the feedback and support.  So if you do have a support question, when you login your email address will show and your username. You can type in a subject and your message, and when you click on send it will create a support ticket and feedback, and come to our support team. So that is how you can submit automatically feedback and support information and questions directly within the home screen portal. Over on the right you'll see a lot of these bluelines documents and guides.  So these are the documents/ training guides that we have available for each module within the Online School Payments. So here are some security guides and training on security. So if you ever have parents asking about you know if the system is secure for them to use or any Administration, Principal, anyone you can access that quickly by logging in on the homescreen here under those documents/ guide and it has various security guides and features here.  So when you click on it will open it in a new tab, and it will show as a PDF.  There's quite a few documents here and then you can just hyperlink.  You can share this link and it will allow anyone that you're sharing it with to access. Quick Start Guides are very helpful.  So it's just a quick walk-through of how to do various functions within the Online School Payments.  So if you click on the quick start guides it will give you a list of different items - you know for Online School Payments. The main OSP.  If you are using additional modules like the Online Teacher Receipting or Online Student Invoicing - any of those additional modules, those quick start guides will be available. My internet is running a little slow this morning. The main guide for Online School Payments.  So for any new users, anyone that just wants a good overview of the system this would be definitely recommended for the Online School Payments here. So this is our document. It's general information. There's a back-to-school checklist. So different things that you might want to look at. There is a report list some of the reports that we recommend, and then here are the various Quick Start Guides for the individual modules within the Online School Payments. We also have the Parent Quick Start Guides both in English and Spanish within those Quick Start Guides.  So those are very helpful as well. So after the Online School Payments, if you do again use the additional modules, if you're using the Online Ticket Management this is a full manual for the Online Ticket Management If you are using the Online Teacher Receipting, this is that full manual. The Online Student Invoicing. If you're happen to be using any of the Online School Care, Online Mobile Swipe and then these are training catalogs and the OSMS training webinars. So you can sign up for the training webinars. It will take you directly to all of the webinars that we are hosting that you can sign up for, and then also if you are wanting to attend any of the Online School Payment Bookkeeper Training, the advanced classes, the basic classes, the Online Teacher Receipting. Any of those trainings you can click on the OSMS training catalog and it will take you to all of the available training classes. You can also choose and see the available dates when those training classes will be happening and when they're scheduled for. So that is the overview of the Online School Management Portal. So again when you log in as a user of this is the home screen and those are the various features and functions that are available there on the homepage.
