thank you for getting me today we're going to be talking in today's webinar about contact list and email sender just give me a second yes I see you search oh hold on a second okay sorry about that so in this case is quite a few that we need to cover today when it comes to email sender you will definitely need contact list that's why we're starting with this topic first and we'll go through a brief key points then I will be toggling with our admin site so in this case when it comes to contact list you can use it and that's why it's very important and I want to emphasize the idea that if you need to take the time to set up your contact list if you do not set up right when you have a new phone there is no way that you can get around it or you would do the setup or you won't be able to use her phone properly so it's kind of the same thing when it comes to email sender and contact list once you do and take the time to do it then it's going to be very very easy and fast for you to use your contact list with not only email email Center but also for example if you're doing and news and announce and you know that you can push mass communitcation then is where you can also your as your receive their own information you may be using Custom because you can create it for any given purposes if you're going to be creating them per grade maybe for your staff only one for staff but if you want to have one for teachers and they want for your staff members the admin staff if you're going to create a specific event ticketing from what not any kind of list that you have in mind you can use you're going to be adding 5 contacts from in the name of list previously created if there are duplicated they're not going to they're going to be automatically removed not sure and you by mistake this is not the trash and you can delete it well now well it's processing you will see that is already here and now you can see how many still holds Donald Durant I have so that's why it's important that you want to edit the first Contact you can always have this option let's say that instead of 7/8 and was going to say as easy as that your contact is already also you can add single contest like on the blue bottom that we have at the top and you can start answering your own information and then click save you create contact list now that you have them this is where you can easily store all your information now by going back and now we're going to start talking about the email sender in this case I can send emails exactly any user that has or is marked as to school staff remember on edit profile of each user here's where you would did the school staff member they will be able to send an email an email sender like this one not only see all the emails that have been sent through email sender I also sent their own email addresses and also use the school's organization email we are email compliant but this is a routine work in this case that's why we need your help because on our end we have physical mailing addresses so people know that it's not our using your email School address so they know that it's for real they have an unsubscribe link and we automatically unsubscribe them if they want to is important to use a huge a proper from name email address and your subject lines keep it in a way that it's catchy to the eye but also you're not using words like free only for this know your parents you know your teachers do you know what type of information is important for them it's relevant and they are interested in so that's why it's important to know and don't spend them have an open communication with your parents for example when is the best day for them to receive emails with it once a week twice a week put a time set for that so they know that every Sunday in I
