hello everyone thank you so much for joining us today for our support resources webinar today we will be covering a walkthrough on some resources available for you in your admin side we also have a technical support representative in the chat today who can answer any questions that you may have the webinar is being recorded and will be accessible to everyone in the Help Center so let's go ahead and get started so when you are logging in to your admin site just as a reminder that when you log in depending on what rights you have been given that is what you will on your dashboard so you can of course click directly on the modules that we have here or as a reminder you can click on the hamburger menu and access the modules in the same way you can click on your school name to go back to the dashboard or you can click on it through account now for your resources what we have available for you here is if you go under the help drop down the first area that I want to cover is the help center once you click into Help Center this is something that everyone has access to regardless of what rights you have this is an external site that we have created here at Edlio so you have it as a resource to use now when you click into the help center you'll see that up top we have an urgent communication guide that you can take a look at we have some tips and tricks we also have back to school which is very helpful especially now that you are going to be wrapping up the school year you might be starting to prepare for the new school year so when you click on back to school you can see that we have some guides available whether you're a teacher or even for admins and you can also access it here in the section menu on the side if we click back on Edlio here another area that is very helpful is our webinars so as you know you can come in you can register for as many webinars as you would like to attend if you're not able to attend them they are are recorded and placed in the Help Center so that everyone will have access and if you scroll down here is where you can register for the webinars that will be coming up and if let's say you are not able to attend and you would like to watch the webinars all you need to do is click here to watch and this will take you to the MyEdlio Webinar page with all of the webinars that have been completed here available for you to view so if you prefer the videos you can definitely come in and watch them here we also have where you can click on help articles this will list out all of the features that we have for you in the admin site so let's say you needed help with your shuffles for example we would click on Shuffles and you can either click directly on the page or you'll see that we have a section menu on the right-hand side as well so it's maybe you were looking on how to add reorder and delete your slides we would click on that option here and it will show you exactly where to go to get that done so with clicking into the help articles this is more of a screenshot play-by-play whereas if you go into the webinar these are videos that we have facilitating how to use the features we also have what's new if you wanted to take a look on what is available here that we've maybe made updates on you can definitely click here we also have the troubleshoot option as well so just in case if you're having any issues before you reach out to support if you want to try on your end you can definitely use the troubleshoot option here and of course we had the feedback as well so there is a survey that you can complete there's an endorsement form if you would like to and we also have providing feedback on the Edlio CMS so if you were to click on this one here this will allow you to come in and fill out a survey that will go directly to our product team so whether it's you have an idea for a new feature you want to improve an existing feature these will go directly to our product team if we keep scrolling down you can also meet the CSS team and the support team and you can also click on the bottom to search as well but that is the help center and as a reminder everyone has access to it and again it's under the drop down under Help Center sitting the next area that I would like to cover for your resources is contacting Edlio support so with Edlio Support this of course is available for all your users across the board if you are not seeing this option chances are your site has not launched yet so maybe you are new to Edlio you're still working on getting your website updated if you have any changes that need to be made you can reach out to the CSS and then of course once your site has launched you will see the contact Edlio Support so if we click into this tier as soon as you click into contact support you'll see that we do have some guides and tips available for you up at the top and these will take you directly to the help center you can select know any of these options if maybe this is the issue that you were having you'll have another set of guidance here and that is you still need help this is where you would contact support So at the bottom you'll see the number listed you will also see that the hours that you can reach support will be preset to your timezone if you have submitted cases you can view your case archive and if you have a new case all you will need to do is click on your case entering your phone number and of course be as descriptive and detailed as possible so that way our support team can look at the issue for you and what's also helpful is if you have attachments to add as well including that in the case so that way support can take a look and see maybe what's causing the issue there and then you could go ahead and send that and that will go directly to our support team and just as a reminder that back-to-school rush is coming so you may see a longer time in getting a response back from support so if you do you're of course more than welcome to reach out to us, your CSS, and we can check on the updates for you now the last area that I wanted to cover is you may have heard me mention a few times your client success specialist so every school has a client success specialist and the CSS is your go-to resource so anytime you have any questions about the website maybe you had a question about your invoice or you were looking at I don't features you can reach out to your CSS and we will be able to assist you and if you're not sure who you're CSS is we can definitely go ahead and let you know who's assigned and the best way to reach out is emailing client success at edlio dot com. So that way we can go in, have your CSS reach out and that way you'll have that contact available as a resource and again you can reach out to us with any questions that you may have and of course if we cannot answer that question we will put you in contact with someone who can so again just as a review you have your help center you have contacting edlio support and you also have your client success specialist so as a reminder if you have questions please feel free to reach out to your CSS here at a jail again if you are not sure who your CSS is please email client success at Edlio dot com. and I wanted to thank everyone for joining us today we will be here for just a few more minutes if anyone has any questions and we hope you all have a wonderful day
