Hi everyone! Thank you for joining us today! My name is Cathy and I am on the Client Success team here at Edlio. I'm I'm also here with my teammate Sergio from our Tech Support team and he's here to answer any questions that you have so for all of your questions please drop them in the Q&A and we will get to as many questions as we can. This webinar is also being recorded so if you need to step away don't worry you can always feel free to check the Help Center and it'll be uploaded there. Today's webinar is about Forms with Edlio Eay so this is actually in addition to the form feature you will see payment fields that you can easily drag and drop into your form feature and you can also collect payments, credit card payments, collect donations and see transaction details as well as payment transactions so some of the key features is of course the simple interface of just having everything in your Edlio admin site you can build as many forms as you'd like and of course you can create donations. If you're collecting tickets or selling spirit wear Forms with Edlio Pay would be ideal another great thing that does set us apart from other payment providers is that we deposit directly into the designated fund account so you can you can add your fund account and you will get your deposits directly there versus going through like a third party and seeing your statement having that transferred over you can have it directly deposited into your fund account and of course with just like with the forms feature you have the ability to close your form within maximum number of responses or you can have it closed at a specific date so to implement forms with edlio pay, there's no additional charge to it but there is a service fee so there is a convenience fee that is charged per transaction and it's 4% plus $0.35 per transaction at what you're seeing here is a breakdown of the service fee and the service fee is also itemized and charged to the card holder you will get your deposits on the 1st and 16th of each month so you're going to get the payment two times in one month and the card brands that are accepted is American Express, Discover, Mastercard, and Visa. The card types are credit, debit, gift cards, or re-loadable cards. To get started as a very simple process if you are interested reach out to your Client Success Specialist and we can provide a demo where you can answer any questions that you have and and when you're ready to move forward all we would need is for some information from you and then we would send you an agreement and once we have that and everything is all set we just enable that feature for you and once you login to your admin site, you'll see the ability to add payment fields to your form so I'm going to show you an example of a created form this one is actually linked to a site navigation and I'm going to make a payment so you can see what that looks like for the community member when they're making a purchase so let's say that I want to donate some funds to the school this is created with multi choice but of course there's also an option to have an amount of my choice so I can add any amount and this one looks like it has a minimum amount here so I'm going to just click on that and then beat her the form fields that have been placed I'm going to select alright so let's add my email address and as you can see now it's going to calculate the payment amount I'm sorry this service fee so there we go we have our transaction fee here itemized and then the total amount here I'm going to make a payment okay so after I've included my payment information, I'm going to submit make sure I have all my fields and then I'm going to go ahead and submit this and then we have our message here payment has been successfully accepted all right so that is what it would look like for your community members building it is very simple and I just want to show you another example of Forms with Edlio Pay that we created so you can have a multiple choice and also you can add items you can add an image have them input a quantity as well as variables such as sizes of course there is a field that's open so you can add the preferred amount and this is a very simple to build I'm actually going to go into our admin site all right so what you're looking at is an admin view of the dashboard but if you have a regular user a non-web admin user you can still enable the access for forms and they'll still be able to go and make edits and view the report let's go into forms and as you can see they're all listed here if you're familiar with our Forms feature that's available for everyone now then this will be very familiar to you so the donation form that I just showed let's go in to that and this is the editing view that you're looking at here and the payment fields are here so once you have that enabled you're going to see the payment fields and again it's just a simple drag-and-drop just input the description the title and then add your just plug in the numbers as well as the item, so I am so I'm going to actually build one from scratch here in a little bit but I just wanted to show you what that looks like in the admin view alright so let's go ahead and create a new form and you have templates and if you have that form payment added you can just click on a template and then they're labeled here that it's a payment form template I'm just going to add a blank form okay and then you have your form fields here this is using a simple text field and I'm going to actually edit that and then I actually want to add an image I want this to be a little bit bigger and then align in the center and then we can add our fields so I'm going to add an item field I'm going to make this required let's add an image and then we're going to set the price and we can add a description if we'd like and then we can set the maximum number of tickets so let's say that we don't want families to purchase more than three so here we've made an item and then we can also add multiple choice so you can say just one more I want to set the prices for each and then you can also do an open payment this could be and then let's set the minimum amount all right so I think I am ready to publish this so we can save our changes here and then let's look at the public link all right so we've created a form and we can collect payment from here so just here is the text that I created and then we have our event ticket here, the multiple-choice as well as the open form field I'm so now if we go into the admin site I also actually want to set some options this is standard like you'll see this even in your regular forms feature but I do want to get notification emails so I'm going to add my email and then I'm going to ask that I get the form responses and then I'm going to select the account so as I have mentioned previously with the funding account so you can set it to the account of your choice I'm going to let leave it at "general" save my changes and then next we can look at the payment reports so "Payout Statements" you should be getting two statements one on the first and the other on the 16th of each month so if we click on one of these we have our statement date you know you have all of the information including the deposit amount and the transactions are listed we can also view the full transaction report alright so we have our transactions you can search for a specific person or card holder or the form so you can utilize that and lastly I'm going to show you how you can add that form to your homepage let's go ahead and add that Halloween form to our home page so I'm going to add item in our site navigation which is everything that you see on the drop-down area so I'm going to add a new item, select "Feature Page" because it is a feature and then we're going to go into our forms feature I'm going to select my form now it's right there on our drop-down menu you can also set this as a widget so we can go in to Page Management > Homepage Widgets and let's actually grab that URL and I'm going to add that URL here save my changes now if I refresh we have our Homepage Widget here so there are various ways that you can of course you utilize your Edlio CMS features so you can add them to your news and and that also add it to your calendar there's various ways to do this to collect payment sending out newsletters
