all right looks like we have everybody here that had registered for the webinar thank you all again for joining today's webinar very excited to have you and help you all learn about and start using forms with pay some of the Highlights today for forms of pay with that will be covering it's a great easy solution that you can utilize it'll be a product that's available in the admin section of your edlio website you can get started using this as soon as you would like and it'll help you collect money quickly from anybody from the community or internally at the school you can set up a form using a variety of different products donations basically anything you can think of you can set as a form and add those payments fields are there are multiple different templates that are available in the admin section which I'll be showing here in just a moment you can also create a form from scratch if you have any familiar are you with Google forms it'll be really similar to getting started with the edlio forms of payment stool so you can set that up again to start collecting payments and you can display those forms directly on your website through a variety of right tools you can link your forms for your news and alerts through your calendar you can add it in your newsletters you can send emails out via broadcast so you can engage with your community really easily using these forms of payment are reporting again is super easy will go into our reporting and it'll just show you all of the payments that were collected there's a few different options with that reporting that will look at and then finally today will also be going over our campaign regarding forms with pay wear your school will have a chance to Win $5,000 just by using lizing forms with pay do the forms of payment features you can build as many for you would like using a simple drag-and-drop interface like I mentioned if you have some familiarity with forms or if you've used forms previously as part of the edlio website you'll be able to just add those payment fields and start collecting payments as soon as this week the forms are great for field trips physical items like some spirit shirt yearbooks transcripts donations fundraising in any other school item can think of can be set up and collect payments using forms with a really easy summary of those purchases which will see and then those funds are directly deposited into your designated School bank account that's cool bank account information that would be put on the forms of pay agreement that you'll fill out so I'm there just collects that bank account so that we can send those funds over to you each month for what was collected using the forms of payments I can also set your forms to close on a specific response or on a specific date and time and we'll go into those features in the admin side I'll before we go in here I want Dimension B convenience fee which is associated with forms of pay and that is the only be associated with that so basically it's a completely free add on to your edlio website so you can start utilizing this can you do have the option to either absorb that fee as the school or you can pass that along to the parents were purchasers making that payment from that form that overall fee charge is a 4% plus a 35-cent trans and this example I'm sharing here is an example of the parent Pace method so for example if we have a $10 form that form will have 1075 being collected with attend is going to the school and then the $0.75 in fees being distributed between us here and at Leo and the card companies that actually charge us to process those payments through our system your bank deposit those are processed on the 1st and 16th of each month and again those will go directly into that bank account that you provide on the forms of pay agreement to get started with that agreement all you need to do is reach out your client success specialist I will send that over a comes over through Adobe sign she can fill that out add your school bank account and there once we return that or once you return that to us will add everything in on the back end then if you were to take a payment between now and April 16th you'll get that first deposit since the 16th this month falls on a Saturday and the case of the 1st or 16th falling on a weekend or holiday their statements would be processed the next business day so if you did take any payments using forms with pay between now and the 16th and you fill out that agreement that deposit would come here on the 18th work hard brands are accepted so whether the purchases are using American Express Discover Mastercard or VISA all of those payments will go through and they can use a variety of different car types whether it's a credit card or debit card a gift card prepaid or reloadable cards those parents or people in your community will be able to easily check out and make that purchase for whatever your forms of pay is set up for so with that being said we'll go ahead and jump into the admin section of my training school here so once you're in here you'll have the forms of pay button that you can click on and as you can see here we have our giveaway that is a edible once you login you can click on those contest details to read through those two really awesome contest and you will be entered to Win $5,000 for your school or District just by having a live at Leo website by completing that adobe sign documentation I was mentioning and then if you collected $2,000 or more in transactions up until May 15th you will be interred into that forms of payment giveaway you do get one entry per $2,000 collected and we will be announcing that in our June newsletter but moving back here to the admin section so I had clicked into my forms with pay you can also access that for your hamburger menu and clicking on the forms tab so here I already have a few different form setup that I can utilize one of the forms that I have set up is my donation form so if I go here to my website I have that set up using a homepage widget for my donate now so once I click on that I have this really easy. option I have a option here with the radio button reset those donation amounts you can add this open or other amount so I can type in a dollar amount there as well I'll just do this $20 donation now with the form Fields you can choose which fields are collected which fields are required just a really great features you can move allies like this drop down list so if you needed to specify what that donation would be for and then the email here is the purchasers email that'll get a confirmation of that form response with the forms of payments the only Prince between your regular forms is it as the payment information down here if I put in my test card and I can submit that transaction normally takes a few seconds completes that secure transaction we are payment card industry or PCI Compliant as a company we are Level 1 compliant which is the highest level we can be more simply what that means is each time a parent makes a payment utilizing the form I'll rat storing or retaining any of that card information and that really helps to limit the risk of that card being compromised making a payment using forms with pay I'll give you a summary of that response very similar to the email that would be sent out to that purchaser or the parent that made that purchase as well but that's a parrot face side easy to set that up on your website either as the widget you can set it up in your drop down list up here in your sight navigation I've utilized my news and announcements to add some different links for forms that I have set up you can utilize that with your calendar as well so really great features to bring all of the tools of your edlio website together to help engage with your community coming back here to the admin section again to get two forms click on the forms icon and if it was our first time setting up a payment form I'll let you do is click up here and the right hand corner on that new form button this is also where you'll find all of the templates that we have available so we have some really amazing designers and coders on our team that have set up these templates and here so if you're looking for something quick and easy weather the AP exam registration you want to quickly set up that donations which is a great form to start and begin with I've worked with lots of school districts and schools over the years and just by having this donation feature available I could help out if there's any sort of natural disaster if I pass alumni comes in and wanted to make a donation for whatever reason you can have that form available and send out out easily with those forms you can utilize your button tear to move those around wherever you would like those to be depending on what you wanted to collect with those templates you can delete some of the Farm fields that have ads on there if you didn't want to collect those so I could just delete out a few of those that I didn't want to use all you have all the different form field options here and again you can used to make those required or not required by the purchaser all your free payment fields which is the main option will be going over today the first one you have available is a open payment field so this will be basically if you can think of any sort of physical item that has a set dollar amount so if we were setting up some Spirit shirts I could put in here at description of that I can put in my dollar amount does $25 I messed that one up the open amount this actually Gray's out that price field to allow the purchaser to choose any amount that they want to pay the item one is where you would set that $25 price for the T-shirt that open one again allows them to do any payment amount like that open field I showed when I was making that payment you multiple different input group down here that you can utilize so instead of adding a field for your address you can utilize that input group and it brings all of those fields you need the last payment field was the multiple choice one was very similar to the donation option I had you could do t-shirt sizes with different prices you can add that open dollar amount by setting a minimum and maximum in there those are pretty much all of the different form fields that you can utilize so if I go back in here to my forms I can open up one that is set up so you can go in click the three little dots and edit that to change any of that information to this one just a simple senior dues form that set up with those payment fields on this one is just that regular item amount since it has. 105 price up here the public link this will take you to the actual live link to your form so you can utilize this link add that to your site navigation add that to your home page wherever you wanted to link or send that form out I will be able to easily make that payment on here you can go in and do the form responses and these will be the responses specific to that full form you can also click in on those individual forms so my donation one that I have set up it shows all of those different responses how you would go in to refund those individual responses as well so that payment I had just made at the beginning of our training I could go in here I could click refund to process that return and it'll return that back to the original card that was used in those refunds typically take 2 to 5 business days to return with your form responses once you drill down into that specific you can download that into Excel sort out a different way you can utilize the tabs up here so if you wanted to filter by your donation that you put in their you have options on how you can view all those different the next reporting option in forms that you can utilize will be from the forms page and then up here you have your payment report so the two reports that you can utilize will be transaction report so this will be all of the forms with pay transactions across all of the forms that are set up on your website export this as well sort this with the different 40 headers up here so you can find that order if you're trying to look for that the other report that is available is the payout statements and the payoff statement again those are Bosch twice a month. deposit would be sent on the 1st and 16th of each month so once you get that deposit into your bank account you can go under your payout statements you can come in here and then I'll show you all of the transactions during that specific statement. So your Siemens all of the orders from the 1st to the 15th those will be processed on the statement that comes on the 16th and then all the payments from the 15th to the 30th those would come on the deposit on the first of the month with your payoff statements you can save this bring that into a CSV bring it into Excel print it out as a PDF file so you can do whatever you need by balancing. And maybe any school activity fund software you're using QuickBooks or anything like that that was our different payment report options that I wanted to go through and last up what I will cover is some of the different form options that you can utilize so if you click on the three little dots next to that form how you go in and edit you can view the responses I can share that if you click share all this will help you copy that link so you can send that out you can add that to your site navigation while maybe you want to add it as a slide in your shuffles or as a new item in your new and then also adding to whatever relevant Pages you might need to add that to all the one I wanted to go into under this is our form options so this is just some more ways you can utilize that form make it better for you at the school district all the 1st phorm option is the notification emails so if I'm selling a yearbook form I can put my yearbook where the journalism teacher in here so that they get in certification each time somebody purchases that yearbook but you can put multiple emails in there depending on who needs to get that notification you can change your confirmation email to the recipient so if you're doing a form donation you can say thank you for your donation let them know what that donation might be going to all the second tab is the behavior so you can change the thank you page or direct them to a custom page a different link on there after they have submitted that form response all your schedule you can open this form on a specific date and time so if we're selling parking passes and we want those to be available on Monday at 1 I can set them to go live at that specific time and same with the form I can either close that once it reaches our maximum number of missions also if we only had 250 parking spots available I can add that or I can close it on that specific date as I mentioned all the last one here is the payment one also you can add some general ledger or Revenue accounts under your settings at this time there's no reporting based on the general ledger or Revenue accounts but as soon as that is available will have some more information added Dwyer Health Center on how you can utilize that form option you can actually go in and delete all of your form and responses you can just delete all the responses and then any of the forms that were deleted you can go back and restore those if any mistake was made she can still go back and review those responses unless you deleted all of the responses that was pretty much everything in the admin section that I wanted to go over with forms with payments I will go ahead and stick around for the next few minutes if we do have any question but getting started using forms with pay again just to reiterate it is super easy to get started if you do want to set that up you can start working on your form right now and then just go ahead and contact your client success specialist I will go ahead and then send you that forms of payment agreement that's where you'll add that bank account information so we can send those deposits to you then you can create link those payment forms on your website will be live and you can start notifying your community or students parents to utilize that form to make a payment for whatever you have set up and that was everything I had today so again thank you all for attending today's webinar and if you have any questions please feel free to ask those in the chat and I'll be answering those for the next few minutes
