all right hello again and welcome to the atlas jobs in edlio webinar number to some of you might have joined us in the first our first time around if not happy to have you here I'm Mara I am the derp Excelsior Atlas jobs c.w. might be joining us here in just a second to answer any questions later on when it comes to recruitment marketing she is our CMO we have Corbin or head of customer success will be demoing and showing you exactly what I platform looks like and Kimmy your account executive from edlio so should you choose to add this add on to your services he will be who you spend time talking with and before we even jump into what Atlas jobs is Kenny is going to chat a little bit about our partnership yes thank you I hope everyone thank you for joining us today I'm very excited to be here to discuss another way we can help your schools and districts my journey with a Leo began in July 2019 and I've had the privilege of working closely with our clients since August the 20 20 in valuable insights into the unique Susan needs some Educators today so what set me apart is my personal connection to the world of education at my late father was an educator and both my mother and my being here are here and let's get started it's pretty quickly which is great and we'll get some time question and answers I myself was also a teacher special education teaching middle school and then High School PE and coach and so know how important it is and what a struggle and how hard it is to get people into the seats and so anything that we can do to help with that Journey were very very excited and passionate to do it before we get started just about Atlas jobs I do want to start with what we are not we are not a job board that's a a lot of people think that we are not indeed we are not join we are not just a place replacing all other boards we are simply an HR technology that was created to do like Kenny said to enhance the engagement the interaction so teachers and non-certified positions employees future employees have a better understanding of the location the school what it's like to work there a day in the life we have found that the Great The Experience from the very beginning the higher probability that this candidate will continue all of the steps to take here to submit their application and if offered the position to to take on that new role and just a little bit more as to why it is that we're doing what we are doing a big majority of the audience that were working with and advertising to is that the millennial and the Gen Z who are very mobile friendly they are digital natives everything that they need to do needs to be fast interactive and a great picture as to exactly understanding what it is that they're looking at and looking for that being said a lot of our career sites could use a little bit of enhancement and a little bit of interaction and on average it takes around 51 clicks just to go from finding your position to submitting your and what happens then what we see is we have 92% of candidate abandonment using vandament there's a lot of challenges right a lot of us are very familiar with what this page looks like we find an open position is a lot of words a lot of times it's not mobile friendly and sometimes we're even required to create an entire new account there for stopping us from applying Corbin is going to take the lead here and show you what a very seamless integration and what was your career page could look like by partnering with us by allowing Atlas jobs to give your career view I just an enhanced Matt and a little bit more detail what it's like to work at your school or been absolutely thank you Mara tell me the start with the a little bit about what she was just talking about the show you an example of the problem that we're trying to solve and we are solving so this is a school district that we just started partnering with and if you look at their website the website looks great everything looks nice it's all going to run forward and easy-to-use soon as you go to the employment opportunities you're going to see it changes it goes to Neil kind of an outdated looking website it's not very young to have everything right there for you to go to find a position you can choose a category on the left Johnson Elementary School teaching positions and you just get another list from there you can't really click on anything can't do too much if you look at the bottom right you'd be able to click on that and yeah just get PDF of what that job is there you would then go to the application process and we don't have that much information going in what we do for our candidates is from this page right here when you click employment opportunities it be taken directly into this interface this is Alice jobs will be hosted right on your website it's very easy to put on there and we can connect with your current applicant tracking systems and me I'll put all the jobs on there seamlessly it's very easy from here you're going to see a left hand side you can easily see Europe types of their certified or non-certified you can see the categories of the open positions you have and if you have multiple schools in your District you could ask or even just buy the actual school that you would want to be jacked also on the map you're going to see that you can zoom in and the right hand side adjust to the jobs that are just in that area so if you were willing to work at any of these schools maybe your you know because of public transportation or certain real reason you want to be just right in this area you can zoom in and see those from there you can find a job that is interested interesting to you or that you know you obviously are qualified to be in and you can click on it from there you going to get a really nice overview of that position we have the ability to have some news on here so these could be a videos about how your school or could be someone else in that current role talking about Dan the life and they could click on those and we have learned his growth is as important to us as bad of our suit we offer our employees can a lot of these schools out there have been a lot of great content on me on Instagram and YouTube but it's not right where these candidates are applying for the job everything relevant content for them to be able to see right up front and you don't get excited about such a good way of getting your brand your school out there you'll easily be able to see a description about the job qualifications are we call this job descriptions week you can have as many he would like you could have wages and benefits schedules anything you would like on this page and everything is really terrible and if you guys have your phone handy you could actually scan that code real quick that you are and you'll see what it looks like on a mobile device it looks Fantastics I'll just stay there for just a second but if you want to scan that suit looks like a mobile looks fantastic all the jobs are also very shareable and so you can go in and copy link so you can share them out to your Facebook you're in LinkedIn your Twitter Max you be able to go out and do that as well when it comes to applying we have a couple of different options that we can tailor tell your specific needs so one of them being what we call Quick apply and what this is we can't capture some information on that you can capture some information from the candidate and they could fill this out and we would give you all this information in the admin Center in the back end for you and we can also then send them directly to your current application process for them to finish and so some of the power there is that you could capture some basic information one of those videos that I just showed you could have been a hiring manager asking a question that the candidate would have been able to I reply to it in a video and it's all up to you and what you want to be required optional or even shown and so then from there if they didn't finish your process your recruiters or the only when you're hiring Department if you go back and actually reach out to that Canada if you think there are good fit another way of doing that is we can just send them directly right into your application process and have him start from there so there's multiple ways of doing this apply when we can call this whatever you would like as well in terms of the backend I'm not going to be showing last day we are just focusing on what the candidate experience is going to look like but those of you that would like some more information on all the powerful tools we have on the back in a lot I could talk about we have great tracking and shows of police jobs performing abused Cooks in a Plies on YouTube one we can even show you in our performance center where the canister coming from based off of marketing and really just help you get a lot of detail into how all of your have one so we can live directly on top of your actual career page and seeming Less in a great very easily another recruitment or another platform that we offer his recruitment marketing which if we have questions about in the queue and we can talk a little bit more about but it's just another way to get more candidates to engage to find top talent be it for your teaching positions and or your non-certified rolls so again if these are anything that you'd like to explore a little bit more of we can definitely reach out to Kenny or myself after this but we definitely wanted to open it up for Of time so thank you for for your attention and now we'll open it to some Q and A m r i c h i c first question here are there other options than showing a map we only have one school one location the answer to that is yes so it's up to you on the map if you would like to start by showing the map you or you can also start by showing a a list and I will since we have time off after the show you real quick so it'll be up to you when someone came to this site right here it could just be a list of you so I can show all your opportunities just like this and when they go in and collect they were still got all that same benefit but just showing the positions that you have open in this format there's multiple formats of the ways of being able to show those positions we have 30 attendance here any other questions that we can answer for you while you have us on board did you guys talk about how fast it is to sorry I was late late joining some techno difficulties on the speed at which is how easy it is to actually make the change we talked just briefly about if you want to go into a little bit more detail into a weekend know I was maybe Corbin you can even talk about it just let let the audience know you know if interested in this it's a pretty light lift right Corbin pretty easier so just show you a little bit of the back end cuz it's kind of relevant to how that works all we would need from you is to connect with somebody from your web team and then this is an inside the this is inside the admin area now and so you go see all these positions I just showed you this is where you be managing them but on that map all you have to do is copy this embed code here in Philly copies that you sent it to your web person and then bet it and I choose the sizing and where they wanted where they want to position it and just like that it's on there so we're not talking about her of days even for that to be embedded is it's more lessons so yes it's very very very easy left to get this onto your site thank you for Ben and we do have some questions and one from Diego that are we able to add different categories for jobs absolutely you can have multiple Maps as well if you wanted to have a mat for your certified positions in a mat for your non certified roll that's something that we could do for you I'm categories could be different in regards to Elementary teaching positions middle school high school whatever it might be it's extremely customizable exactly what it is that you're looking for everything on this left hand side just completely tailored to your school to your district and as a job go in they can be tagged into the category of the school that might be why the position types this is all completely customizable to your specific School we have a couple questions here regarding cost it is an edlio ad on Kenny I'll let you answer this one for us yes thank you I seen is a 20% of your current annual subscription for more information and the quote just booked a deal with me and I or you can send an email to Kenny. Com thank you Kenny and will send all of our emails in a follow-up as well so you have that there in case you didn't get to write that down and there's a question from Rachel for TW in marketing it says for marketing does Atlas provides digital marketing to promote the listings yes we do so we have a full-service marketing capabilities to support what you just seen here okay so we have a recruitment marketing that we can plug into this and pretty again pretty easy pretty scalable you want to start small or you have a lot of jobs that you want us to actually do some digital marketing work we're happy to assist in that way I'ma make it pretty easy so we can do you know all of the creative if you want us to do the replacement and get those those marketing promotions out there for you or we can work with you and your team if you have things but you already have ready that you want to use so yeah again I think reach out tomorrow I think that's Mara if you're interested in that will jump on a call and we can talk a little bit more about what we can provide on the recruitment marketing side great question thank you and get looks like one other question that we have we talked a little bit about what is implementation look like one line of code very easy something that our team will work directly with West so we definitely don't want to add any more workload to y'all today we understand that there's a lot on your plate so the more we can take on the better and that's what our team is here to do yeah one thing I'll just throw out there also with that is we can also integrate with your ATS systems so then the drawers and automatically be pulling and Mia being taken off and put it on as you do it to your current system but if you have just a low amount of position you're posting We have the option well to put the map on tomorrow and then we have a great post management area and create a post and jobs where you can easily just manually put those in in a minute or two and build just post that I showed you with those quick replies the videos so if you just have a little bit if you want to put on there it's really easy to do that with no integration needed and if you're in a little bit higher scale on your posting you know hundreds of jobs or whatever it might be that we can integrate with your African tracking system as well thank you we have another question from Rachel here any marketing promotion included in the cost with edlio or all extra also wondering if listings will show on typical job site LinkedIn handshake at all do it for marketing and it is an additional fee that's something that would depend on what what number of positions or what positions we want to promote to what type of audience we have the Avenue some of the misses social media others are geofencing so there's a lot of different things that we could do there definitely open to that conversation with you and in regards to hosting yes I can the answer is yes so everything is very scherbel out to those all those different sites like I briefly showed everything has a unique link to the jobs and you can easily share it out to your your LinkedIn you're in deeds and then they'll be driven to this destination so yes they can be thank you and I want to reiterate one of the things that Corbin said I think it's really important again if we are living directly on top of your Keurig career page everything that you do and turn Ali will automatically be replicated on our end so that's not additional work you don't have to go and double post or anything like that now for organizations where we would be your stand-alone career site and or applicant game system that's where for been talked a little bit about post management we can create the job postings directly from Atlas jobs so and then from there we will work with you to figure out where else you would like them to be posted appreciate all the questions is there are there any more out there if there are not not a problem happy to answer those at a later time like Kenny said any questions about integrating with Atlas jobs we will reach out to Kenny Kenny.
