Missing social media functionality
Some ad blockers hide any page elements with the words "Facebook" or "Twitter" in them. Because Facebook and Twitter are integral parts of Social Media Manager, ad blockers may hide key functionality.
To gain full functionality, turn off ad blockers or white-list the URL and refresh the page.
Below are some examples of what you may see if an ad blocker is enabled.
If navigating to Social Media Manager opens a blank page:
If either or both 'Connect' buttons are missing when connecting social media accounts:
