hello good afternoon or good morning my name is Taylor I'm a trainer trainer here with edilio really excited to be spending about the next half hour with you all discussing our forms with payment feature on inside is that how you can use that to create a school store directly in your LLC a mess a few things before we get started. This call is being recorded so you're going to see this recording in our help center that's probably where you read entered for this webinar you're going to see all of our previously reported webinar delegate the work of using paint you're going to see that in a few short days over there secondly this is open so if you have any questions as I go throughout the content today your questions your Curiosities in the human a and we will get to that at the end of our time together so what's that let us get into it today we are going to cover how to build specifically to collect payments there's lots of awesome resources on building forms that will go beyond what we're going to go over today in our half hour. There's a lot of different form field that you're going to see forms if you've been in there already and you know what I mean you can always see in The Help Center other resources on how to utilize from features you can also always contact your CSS grab time on their calendar and if you have any questions on how to build you the specific forms that you need to go beyond what you find in The Help Center they are your best resource but today we're going to use those single simple drag-and-drop interface has to collect money from anyone using our forms with payment feature we're going to learn how we can use forms of payment to sell items such as your school swag your prom tickets a collect funds for field collect donations the possibilities are endless we're going to see how we can display those forms directly on your website and then how we can easily see the revenue that our phones are making and Report usually are most elected a few quick things about corn with human features to get setup if you're not set up already at that's just a quick call with your CSS they're going to provide you with the edge of the agreement to sign up for dorms with Pay Teachers help you connect your ahead and get started with Farms with paid let's now go into our admin dashboard + 2 create some form so here if you your dashboard looks like this you are a web admin if you don't have this full list menu here but you have forms that's great then you have admin access to forms if you do it's forms icon in your dashboard go ahead and get in touch with your webadmin at your school so they can get you out of that access to be able to help with forms at your school we're going to go ahead and open our form and I guess see any and all the the Farms that have already been created in my school I can see if they're open or closed how many responses they are who they were traded by awesome here and see some of our form options after going head and creating our first form so I click the blue new form but a bunch of templates come up that were built by our lovely toting team are super helpful after internal and external purposes I've got all of these options that I can go and I can open and just go ahead and edit directly ahead and practice that at the end of our times play together first time to go ahead and start with a blank form Solis Farm Fields I'm going to be able to drag-and-drop I'm go ahead and name this form would say today we want to create a form to sell hoodies t-shirts and create a school store Sprint store and just start building my storm by Dragon any of these Farm Fields over I want to come back down here and grab this Xbox to drive to the bottom so that I can go ahead and give folks some context about the school form that I want to use so we can say welcome to our school store please indicate which hoodie or t-shirt you want we're going to be able to add pictures of those images here I'm going to be able to grab them from computer and just like a cross you're seeing as you're going to have to give that I'll text give it usually at least two words in this case I have my red hoodie or excetera I can go ahead and give that an image and write any other information I want folks to know about this form as well as format it to make my form as appealing as Pop now this might be a great reason to go ahead and use the templates and edit because they are already have a bunch of farm Fields over ready for you to go ahead and edit as you want all right so we can use this text boxes to drag information about our hoodie maybe we want to say this is a hundred percent cotton maybe I want to say Thomas sizes child's Excel access to adult XL we are using a producer that has all the sizes any information I want to hear now how are we going to create payment fields for this item I'm going to come over here and identify my payment options I have an item choice or open in this case we're selling one hoodie so I'm going to come here and drag this item down here get my title and indicate the price we would negotiate a deal to be able to sell this school for $15 I'm going to be able to add my variations I'm going to be able to add all of those sizes here we'll keep it our sizes simple for now with my child and adult sizes I would want to keep giving that some sizes here let's say we want to have the image directly in here so we know exactly what they're going to go to upload that image from my computer or cloud service hear that Cody image over and I'm also going to be able to give that description if I have only produced Maybe 100 hoodies I can go ahead and Mark there's 100 available and that way folks are not going to be able to order more without me being able to order more from our supplier what about multiple choice come over here and say we have several t-shirts available I say t-shirts at description these are all so we can write whatever we want on this I want to go ahead and I can go ahead and add more options maybe folks are going to want to buy multiple t-shirts cuz if multiple events going on I might want to give them a picture you'll notice that in the case of the multiple choice I don't have these same items that come up I might want to drag over a text back and use that to add my image of my t-shirt choice my dad and my check I'll text and dropped it in here I can go ahead and use my cursor to resize that image another way to use your farm Fields here we can say do you want the red t-shirt for $10 the blue t-shirt for $10 or both Maybe no and definitely item when you're creating a school store is going to give you a lot of these great options when it comes to the description when it comes to sizing so on and so forth maybe you have the ability to customize some T-shirts and you want to allow folks to write what class they're graduating from you can go ahead and give them a short answer or a mole choice box in order to have them say what graduation year do you want this is a fan of course you're producing those those t-shirts on an as order basis or you have the system to be able to do this but let's say your producer is able to make those a specifications for you maybe want to use the school store for your athletic that allows you to add you know please indicate your last name to go on your jersey they're going to be able to give that to her dancer we can go ahead and require these questions to be answered or I can say what graduation year do you want on the back side of your hoodies and I can see a 2025 or 2026 adding options or at other is that is something that's relevant for your product to as you can see is a lot of different options to be able to use this forms of payment feature in order to give folks those choices if you want to simplify it and give them one choice or is it your school Community you have multiple choices in your school store and you want to use the gamut of all of these options in form go ahead and save an hour form is going to be available at this publicly we can also grab the full URL right here maybe we want to grab that you are out and making a friendly you are well and create this as your cool website.com school store or hoodie we're going to be able to do that back in our dashboard at hamburger menu page management AKA friendly URL and we can how is farm field look like in order to medium hoodies I can order both t-shirts again in the case of something with sizes you want to use item multiple choice is going to be really helpful for things may be like field trips that we're going to see a little bit later I can go ahead and give my information I'm going to give you a confirmation email and here I'm going to be how to pay with American Express Mastercard or VISA then you'll be able to directly collect those that the revenue into your ACH account associated now I'm talking to share this form once we go and build it out we can go and do a few things one thing is we can go ahead and create a school store Page section has gone ahead and created a school store section for us already we can go ahead and search where I'm going to find school store and here I am section I've already created a page we have uploaded again from the top you can use on canvas to make images for your pages to really makes the school store super enticing giving folks a little bit of a description and now maybe I want to add that link in as a hyperlink or we can of course excuse me or better yet as a button let's go ahead and add a button I'm going to full story link and say shop now shop here whatever I want to say I can go ahead and publish that page adding all sorts of information to my sister if I want maybe I want to come here had those images I'm going to be able to come and add a photo Shuffle if I want so let's say I want to display all of the different products across my different decided to make different forms for each of them organization of getting that stock ready easier we can go and add a photo Shuffle directly in this page I want to upload all my products here and I can come here and have a photo Shuffle or stack those images now of course I'm going to add my old texts and go ahead and publish my page as you can see if you could keep building out using all of our page features this awesome school store Page and when we go back to work school store section we can automatically pull the form into our section as us page in that section so I'm going to come and go ahead and get my form saved let's go back to our rooms to do that some so here we have on grab that you are real we'll come back into page management an ad that form into these are pulling alphabetically Soul scroll down and find our school store and have that directly as a link in our page or page and if you want to rename this form to say hoodies or whatever it is so that this section menu is making more sense to folks with come in and see all that information here we see are stacked images we could also have that again a photo Shuffle by coming into the page and selecting that option right here under the wheel save those two options what other types of forms can you use to collect payment let's go into forms and now let's use some of our templates that are going to save us a lot of time let's say we want to collect donations there is a donation template form I'm going to be able to move around any of these items maybe I want to get dragged a text box to the top of my donation to really explain how much it means for us to have donations I could go ahead and hyperlink maybe a video of the principal talking I can have some of our marketing materials if your school has an order. really give thanks for this donation and I'm going to be able to come here if I want to edit any of those amounts make we want to start at $10, here we can see this is payment amount pulled over maybe instead you just want an open amount so from $1 to any max you can ask people for Their donation amount and really just leave it up to them making that required going to get and deleting this so that way we can go ahead and edit all of our friends as we want and we can go ahead and situate this in our school store section so that may be an alumni who comes to see how they can donate can I can go ahead and have the means to be able to do so coming back to forms a third option maybe we want to sell a field trip or prom tickets let's use one of our templates to do that you can, search field trip if we can go ahead and add the location of this field trip maybe it is Lincoln Park Zoo next Friday and we want to let people know it is $5 or $10 including lunch how can we give you folks back again are multiple choice is going to be great for this so we can scroll down collect all of her information if any is not relevant to us we want to move it around and delete choir on require as we want and here is the field trip fee but in this case we're getting close to options let's go ahead and delete that and pull over a multiple choice and allow folks to give you $5 are the fee and a $10 for the feet including if you have maybe State field trip form that you have to select what you want to use our forms options that we're going to see just a minute to collect this payment and to collect other information we can go ahead and have both upload State Farm here we're allowing spokes to sign the form right here by dragging the signature field and then we can count and Stage that form and now we have our field trip form our prom form whatever funds want to collect for maybe a particular event here and see some of our options let's look at our school store form for example we can come down here to form options and maybe I want to expedite getting smokes these hoodies in these t-shirts maybe at added that option where I want to use one of the form filled out for personal Athletics jerseys or something like that to send to the producer right away every time someone's built without this form I'm going to get it maybe I want the whole warm response here but I don't have to come into the dashboard to see that form response I can do that I could even add to my manufacturer email website manufacturer and they're going to get that notification being very cautious about what information is in the form if an in sending it always to very true you're going to have that send confirmation email this email as soon as folks admit that they're going to see their confirmation are you able to edit that so thank you for your donation you're changing lives but thank you for your order you're going to get your order ready alert by next week or in 15 days or whatever this is know if you are asking folks for their signature you're collecting maybe that field trip money that confirmation is going to be automatic so you don't have to worry about that we're going to be able to edit at Siegel notice at the end of the form there's a submit button label if we want this to be donate if we is to be purchased or by and sign up whatever it is we can control that button as well as the page that folks are taken to after this like that but we can even send them to a custom link maybe it's that donation for we want to send it to a video about principal or our student body with you all of that is an option here in your form options we can also schedule maybe we're selling parking passes and we saw them on a weekly basis starting Sunday at Fort the following week we can go ahead and click that time and have it open on a specific date we can also close the form on a the big date maybe this is for prom promise next Saturday so we're going to close the forms by Friday or after maximum number of submissions reached maybe we have a form we're just putting our hoodies and we've made a hundred hoodies besides option to use that maximum number in the form filled itself I can say I just want a hundred folks to be able to fill out this form I would recommend using that maximum item number bring the item itself because maybe folks can bite multiple this form has created as well aware that those funds are going how can we say more about our funds reporting let's Come Back Square forms home and look right here I'm going to have transaction report transaction report or going to show me all the transactions across all of my form forms with p is a free teacher again you just need to contact your stamina and you can collect up to $2,000 we have a lot of warm so it's taking awhile to load once it loads were going to see all the transactions across all of those forms right under you also see payment payout statement still here again you're going to see how you gotten paid out as a biweekly or css is going to give you more information and we can see those payouts 8 you're going to be able 2 a.m. thank you you're going to be able to download into Excel into PDF into different forms this payout statement but again we have a lot of forms taking awhile to load and then be able to upload that if you something with QuickBooks you'll be able to download it and save it into your accounting software one last thing that I want over on storm here we can see those responses so let's say they have a form with a lot of responses at we can come down here and see don't trip as let's say Roxanne has what's coming to responses and I can see all of those responses that's going to see those specific responses I can open them up I can also come back all responses in download those as an Excel table download those attachments so if I've asked her files if I've asked for signatures on to be able to download all of those as well as directly here within the form and here I'm going to have those options again maybe I seen all the responses I want to clear this get it ready for the new year delete all responses that keeps my form here and fresh and ready for next year if I'm done with the form I can go ahead and delete that form delete those responses are always going to see those past deleted responses here as well as any deleted form right here in my form home Leslie how many Scituate this these new forms may be our school store Page is super super excited about this we want to make it really accessible I'm going to be able to situate it in my side navigation menu if I want if I'm not in my hamburger menu down to site in about 2 seconds. I'm going to be able to add let's stay in our mission and vision I can go ahead and search for my school store and that whole section saving my changes while last navigation menu I could also make this a widget on my home page and make it a specially Ice Age Management over to home I'm going to go grab the URL of my form or the URL in this case I want to add my whole section and I'm going to drop a button widget I'm going to take folks to my school district section our new school store or maybe Frisch's end-of-the-year could he's here from tickets whatever it is you can make it a little more inconspicuous by moving with the page or a little more obvious choose between your primary color what label type now I save the changes and if I go home I'm going to see that widget right here call there's a smaller with it if I wanted to order that and now I see my school store right here Sophie going to be able to find both of those items so as a reminder it's super easy to get started using carms of payments you had $2,000 of Revenue totally free with your CMS contact your CSS sorry about the typos specialist they're going to want to sign create your worms like we spotted a link goes to your website and start collecting your payments if you have a really big school store you expect to make a lot of Revenue maybe you want something to collect a regular that equal a quite a lot of Revenue something like cafeteria payments they can get you information about Oster online school which goes beyond forms of payment a lot of it be honest they can give you more information just so you know that's also available to you taking it to the end of our content for today thank you so much if you don't know who your client success what is or you have any questions for us reach out at client success at Leo.
