SIS Integration Overview
Integrate your Edlio site with your SIS (Student Information System) to improve and streamline your contact lists. This integration will replace manual entries and .CSV file uploads, helping you reduce the time spent on maintaining and organizing contact information and greatly enhancing the accuracy and timeliness of your data.

How it works
It takes about 24 hours for the data between the 2 systems to sync. To test the data after 24 hours, please read Importing SIS data into Edlio Contact Lists.
Data flows one way from your SIS into the Edlio platform. This data can now be used for contact lists as well as tools that use these lists like Email Sender and Text and Voice Alerts. Data can be scheduled to sync automatically. In the future, we will integrate your SIS with other parts of your Edlio site!
To find contacts within your SIS, you can search by data points. We currently support these data points:
- Grade levels
- Classes
- Enrollment date
- Enrollment status
- Birth date
- Student ID
- Student name
- Parent/guardian name
- Parent/guardian phone
- Parent/guardian email
- Staff ID
- Staff name
- Staff phone
- Staff email
