good afternoon thank you for joining us today for our atleo teacher refresher webinar I'll be going over our features that are available to our teachers and how they cannot use them to great Pages make a calendar at Kohl's and create classes so when you log in to your admin site you will see pretty much the same admin side as a website admin except that you only have access to your own pages to your own videos your own photo album and your own calendar if you do need additional access to the website different part of the website you can request privileges from a website administrator so for example if you are the instructor for a coach for team and you would like access to those hey just to edit them you can request a privileges you go to your account and you can request access to certain pages certain features that protected areas between the way you want when you can fix them it will go to the website administrator for them to approve so go ahead and start from the top first we have our calendar you can create a personal calendar so this will go on your own personal pages unfortunately right now we don't have any Google Sync at the moment so it will have to be maintained in edlio so to add an event to go ahead and click add event Everett title is it a date if it's an all-day event is Click all day event going to have a repeat it's needed location which is optional also details are also optional you do average formatting as well you can't put a link in your calendar events and tested if you want to you can also attach files any forms or Flyers anything that I have to change the event you would like your visitors to have once you've been through all the steps go ahead and click save and it will be added to your calendar so to find your pages on your site you'll have to find a link other than navigation some schools have it at the top or the bottom to the staff page looks like this accounts not on there so we'll go a different way phenomenal you can search for your name and I will pop up just to this is our test account which is not on I listed as a staff so if you see here I have a calendar link like go ahead and click on it it will show me all the events that I have listed in my calendar facilities is a feature that is available to all schools it will depend on your school and or District if they use it as a facilities if you are able to reserve your website Dimensions can set up different is within your school within your District that you can reserve for example a Auditorium in the school and you can go ahead and manage all your facility reservations here you can also go through the main site like licking facilities here and entering the information is there are no facilities available that means that the website manager has not added any facilities under an ounce there are two options you have a email sender you can send emails to all your contacts so you have somebody subscribe to your page or any other classes for example to your parent can go ahead and click subscribe and share the information and this will go to a contact list that you can access and you can use a email sender to send out to eat I want you here go ahead and just say my info is correct starting you know and you have a few templates that you can choose from one of those that let you include any active news from the main page thank you continue this little green box shows you where you are editing on the email I need a picture you can add new stories for any active new stories you can add as many as you like they can also be rearranged and of course you can also edit the footer out your email once you click continue you can actually go ahead and click. You know this will show you what it would look like on a desktop and what it will look like on a mobile device can I still go ahead and say which one to message say continue you can enter email addresses manually you can also add any from the existing contact list and you can also add from CSV so got a CSV file downloaded from another program you can also drop it in here it'll tell you how to public records for Matthew Children's Dental Health Center unless we also have contact list contact this will show you all the contacts that you have here so if anybody subscribes add to your classes to your teacher pages you will see all the information here but I have zero contacts cuz nobody has such a to my classes but here you will be able to manage your contacts. To add more delete update all of your contact list and they will be broken down by classes of various classes I Will Show You by Tyga Jerome personal page under pages when you are are you sure you don't only have access to your own Pages if you request access to other pages that are part of the school you will see a little time it'll say personal pages and category pages access to your own personal pages there is no limit to how many pages you can add under your section of the site you see I have two and a half 3 and this other side menu Maris all the pages that I have here so if I were to add a new page you and Save I have four and if I refresh my page you'll see that they have a test page to a now and of course I can always move these pages around so they're dragging and dropping those little dots there you're free and a page. So this is my new hero reflects your pages in your admin site when you click add a new page you do have options of adding a blank page link another page video speech A Links Page and the following calendar but if they already added you can only have one of each so they would have been added to edit a page when I click on the title just will take it to you the editing part of our sites where you can add text documents PDFs photos on your page it says you can see this is my homepage so I have some texture the top followed by a photo Shuffle followed by a PDF and at the bottom showing my classes this part here at the bottom automatically height or shows depending if there are any classes if they are no classes listed for you this section automatically gets if there's at least one or more classes added to your profile then this will automatically show up you can also add formation here on the right-hand column sure the bottom and tells you the different options you can use to build your page if you use a Content box which will let you add text it will be a gallery box will let you add photos and the last time would be a files a boxer lets you add upload photo files like PDF as you can see on my page that I have a PDF but I've already uploaded I you can have it with the visit will have to click on the text the other option you can do as well as to go down to you. shuffle on your page media is for photos and videos if you had the photos and video page on their page management this is what you will manage the photos and videos click on photos let you add albums that you have a main such and Ferb images Please be aware that some schools to require all text to be added to all images if it is a requirement you will be notified in the admin at all highlighted your school uses Google Classroom as part of its curriculum you can connect your classes to edlio this way allows you to actually trade assignments and post to your website and also have them post to Google Classroom unfortunately Google Classroom does not work the other way if you pee in the same classroom it does not get pushed to a 2 at Leo that is a limitation set by Google so do you want to go ahead and add a class like I said if you connect to Google Classroom Decor Steam and description are automatically pulled from Google trash shows about automatically get populated how can also choose which periods of teacher said this is optional how you do have to sign up for Department these are set up by the website administrator so you don't see any departments here just go ahead and notify your website administrators so they can be same thing with charms there does have to be an active term so you can see the date here for this term if there is no active term you will also need to notify your website administrators and they can add a truck very easily you can also attach files or example of syllabus class rules on a teen diaper change the class if you teachers course with another teacher you can go ahead and click yes I do and you can add how to succeed in this course and that's why I love all the teachers to have access to the files that assignments to the same class once you have a class at at this will show up on your homepage or so if it's a Google Classroom connect to class it will be noted by the it all green chalkboard here so they can go ahead and click on it you can see any assignments will be shown here they can also subscribe to his class and if there's somebody can fix on the Google classroom sign in page for Google Classroom where they have to use their credentials to sign it the regular class exactly the same except minus to Google Classroom connect button under post this is a little bit of a quicker way of getting information on your side instead of having to build an entire page also for example say you have a quick know you want to make say school is closed tomorrow you can also I have a description and then you just where it's going to post to you can have post on a go to go to class for example you can have this college prep test class this other test class or you can just post it to your personal page or all three I'm going to get him closer to the personal cage I refresh my screen year you'll notice that we have a night another page that I should post this is on also automatically added once there is at least one active post and I hear the bottom there's recent post and it says school is closed tomorrow I can go ahead and get all the information they can even give you a little apple as a like you can have as many post as you you do have text link photos files which is helpful if you need to send Missy having a field trip you need to attach a PDF for the field trip form to the case the suit and losses but given to the parent parent and go on your side download that out and return it then you can also post video this is a much quicker way to get information that doesn't require an entire page to be built switch going to be a little bit more time consuming I such a quicker way to get information on your site and tomorrow again you have a contact list for end and you also have a Links Page where you can create a page full of drinks so we had a lot of hustling 3 students that you want to have access to at anytime you just go ahead and trade add links what's the name of the link to your Elf description and another page called links will be automatically added to your site navigation and it's always be there you can update them delete them trade new ones at any time on your admin site you also have a notifications tab send out too many notifications we know that all a lot of all of our teachers are very busy teaching their students so we don't bombard you with a lot of notifications so if you check this week should be fine I'm usually announce new feature also the date of the webinars of future webinars for example you'll be a new one sent out pretty soon about the April 11th ours as well us a call at the bottom and also create a new ticket that I need tickets are usually handled within 2 to 3 business days but if it's more of an urgent matter please feel free to department will be happy to assist you and underwear, going to just check on your profile you can update your photo which is shown on the staff page if you're you're at work for the administrators select that option you can also edit your profile you can edit your first name last name and your email address if this email address is important this is a email address that any password resets are sent to you forget your
