Alright. Let's go ahead and get started. Welcome everyone. My name is Mike. I'm with Edlio. Thank you all for joining us today. For those of you who may not know Edlio, we have been around for about 19 years now. We work with right around 10,000 schools and districts. Primarily what we are is a K-12 schools communication solution built and tailored for educators, engineered for ease of use, and forward-looking when it comes to our product innovation. We've been around, like I said for nineteen years, and our vision has really kind of remained the same, and that is to really streamline communication to all of your stakeholders, allow you to promote collaboration between your parents, students, and your educators and make sure that we're providing a solution that is accessible to all. The way we do that is with our full communications platform which includes our website CMS and our parent engagement app which is called Sangha. Starting with the website CMS, all of our sites, if you're not familiar, are all designed to be responsive to any type of device that you're viewing them from - desktop, tablet, smartphone, anything like that. Responsive design is just the standard in modern web design, so we're making sure that all of our sites are meeting and exceeding those guidelines. Our interface is very easy to use. Our CMS is proprietary and is developed specifically for the needs of K-12 schools, so the CMS does not require any special training or coding skills. The interface is really very social media-like - a lot of drag-and-drop features included. In addition, if you do need help it's unlimited support for all users Whether you're an administrator, teacher, whatever your position is, as long as you have an account with Edlio, you'll have unlimited support by our toll-free tech support line and we have an online ticketing system. We have a very robust help center available at any time. Also, we host all of our sites. We provide unlimited storage and bandwidth for that. We have multiple levels of redundancy, so your sites are both secure and have a very high level of uptime. Some of the primary features of the sites just to list a few would be our multi-site management tool for school districts allows you to easily manage content on your different sites whether it's your district site or you campus sites, all without having to log into separate systems. Your parents have the ability to subscribe to a teacher and class pages allowing them to get daily updates without having to search out information. We can do single sign-on access with a number of platforms including Active Directory, LDAP, Office 365, Google, and Canvas LMS. We also have integrations with both Google and Microsoft 365 when it comes to a number of things like your calendars, drives, or things of that nature - analytics. Our social media manager tool allows you to very easily push out content from the website CMS to Facebook and Twitter. without having to login separately to those platforms. What we'll be talking about today is our new enhanced feature of our forms. It includes payments now, and Kathy is going to take you through that in just a minute. We also have SIS integration which allows you to create automated alerts for things like attendance, low lunch balances, excedra. Our accessibility standards make sure that any content that's being added to your site are abiding by those ADA guidelines Our parent engagement app is called Sangha, and Sangha was really designed to streamline the way a school district connects and interacts with their parents. The information is all highly personalized to each student. We found around 80% of communication between parents and schools is associated to some sort of date or deadline, so we're making sure not only are you able to do emergency and non-emergency alerts, two-way messaging, but also want to integrate it with your calendar that allow for actionable items where you may need parents to take action. The idea is to streamline all of those different types of capabilities into a single platform where the parents can access it right on their phones. Some of the specific tools of Sangha would be the ability to allow parents to RSVP or volunteer through the app, schedule their parent teacher meetings with a single push of a  button,  or auto translation tools. This is for your notices that may be going out to families that speak a different language at home. If you push a button, it will auto-translate to the language spoken at home. It allows you the ability to digitally e-sign forms like release forms, permission slips, or things like that that may be required for certain events. Also, like I mentioned before it allows you the ability to send out emergency and non-emergency alerts, and you can very easily determine the urgency of those events within the functionality of the app, allowing you to send a nonemergency message which may wait until the end of the day to be sent out. You can also send something out immediately. You can send out an emergency which will not only push to every channel that we have available to the parents, which would include a push notification to the app, email, text message, and phone call, but when you have Sangha bundled with our CMS, it also allows you to crosspost that information to your website news as well as Facebook and Twitter. There's integrated two-way messaging for teachers and parents, so if a teacher needs to contact a parent directly, it's all integrated and secure two-way messaging. It allows you the ability to make payments through the app as well if there's a fee associated to a certain event. It also allows you to set up auto-notices like you can do within the CMS. That's just a quick, brief overview. I'm going to turn it over to Kathy Bateman now, and she's going to be taking you through a demo of our enhanced forms payments module. This is for our website CMS. Hi everybody! Thanks Mike. I'm Kathy, a UX designer here at Edlio, and I'd like to walk you through our enhanced forms and payments module. So, our forms and payments allow you to collect information from visitors right on your Edlio website. It also lets you collect payments through our integration with Stripe, and it helps you save paper. Let's look at a few examples for forms with options for collecting payments. First, I'll show you the original version, and then I'll show you how it could look as a form with payment option. This is an appeal to support girl soccer where volunteers are asked to email the coach if they want to help. With forms and payments, we can turn this page into an actionable appeal. Volunteers can select areas of interest and even donate right on the page. The coach can receive a notification by email each time a new form is submitted. Plus, our forms adjust to the screen size, so people can fill out this form on their phones. Here's another example. This is a scholarship fund with different donation levels. As a payment form, we can add more detail to the donation levels so that you can help people understand why they should give a certain amount that is going to cover the tuition for an entire quarter, for instance. This last examples is a registration for golf fundraising event. When making tickets as payments, we can include photos, descriptions, and even item variations. Now, let me show you how easy it is to create these. Let's log in to our CMS. We're going to go right into our forms module, and we're going to create a new form. In this form, we're going to sell tickets to the Spring Gala. Let's go ahead and tell people when this Gala is. So, we'll add this text field here, and we will tell them when to show up for the Gala. We can use all of our regular form fields to get all the information we need. For instance, we probably want to know their name, and we want that required. Then, we can go down and use the item, which is one of our new payment fields, to collect the information about the tickets. With tickets, we can add a title, a description, and image variations - like small, medium, and large - and give it a price. You can limit it so you can say, for instance, buy one ticket if you needed them to do that. In this case, let's add an image. Our tickets are going to be $50 a piece. Now we know some people are going to want to give more than just $50 for a ticket. They're going to be some of our sponsors, so let's give them the option to sponsor the gala. Here we can give our different amounts. So, for instance, we might say $5,000 is a gold sponsor. Perhaps a little less for silver, and we want to add more options here because we want to do a bronze also. So, we can 'Add Option'. We know some people may not be able to afford these levels. We can give them kind of their own option here. This will let them put in the amount of sponsorship they are comfortable with, and we can limit that also. So, we can say they need to do less than $1,000 or more than $50 in order to sponsor. Now, the other thing we want to do is raise money for a scholarship fund, but we don't know how much people would want to give to that but we're going to give them the option to do it here anyway. So, they can donate any amount they want. This is a special kind of field. This is a free-form, and it's a good way to collect a variable amount if you don't know exactly how much the person is going to be sending. Now with all of these fields, just like any other field over, here you can add multiple ones to the form. So, I could add another item if I wanted to and sell something else. This lets you really tailor the form to get the information you need and sell the things you need to sell. Now you'll notice here at the top there's a warning saying "Our form is closed." That's because we have the fields to collect the money, but we haven't told it where the money should go. Let's go ahead and go add that now In form options, we can specify which accounts the funds should be deposited to, and in this instance, we're going to pick this one. Multiple Stripe accounts can be connected in Settings. Deposit accounts are specified per form, so if your PTA has a separate stripe account they can connect that and use it for their forms. Then the money will go directly to their stripe account. Whereas, you might have a main stripe account for the other forms on your school. In form options, we also have some other handy features that are available for all of our forms. Let's go over to emails. We're going to start by notifying someone at our school whenever someone fills in the gala form. We can even include a copy of the form response right in the email. The person filling out the form and purchasing things is always going to get a copy of their response because it's going to include the payment confirmation information. In the behavior tab, we can also change our message that appears after they submitted the form if we want to actually thank them and remind them to show up to the Spring Gala. We can also go in and schedule when the form might open in case we wanted it to not open for another couple weeks. It lets you prepare your forms really far in advance and not have to worry about somebody accidentally filling them out when you're not ready. We can also set an end date. For instance, our event is on the 12th of April, so let's go ahead and end it a few days early so that our team has a chance to figure out exactly who's going to show up and prepare. Alright, let's save those changes, and then take a look at our live form. So, here we have our text field all about our event, our name, how many tickets we are going to get, or my sponsorship level. We can donate to the scholarship fund, and put in our information here. So as you can see here, the order summary includes all the things that they're going to be buying. Once you enter the card number and submit, the person you said should get notified will get that email, plus this confirmation email will also get a copy of all this information. Great, so now that some people filled out our form, let's go back and see how that might look. We have this other form that we did earlier with examples, so let's take a look and see how that might look. For a quick overview of what all has happened, we can go to the sale summary. So, you can see how many Gala tickits have been sold already, what our sponsorships look like. This is really exciting that we have sponsorships for annual Gala. Let's go back and take a look at that list again. It looks like David here is our biggest sponsor, so we can go take a look and see what he sent in. I also got a couple Gala tickets from - here we have this handy link here this is the receipt ID and it'll take us right over to stripe to that exact transaction number. This is our test account here. We can see which form it is, which school it is, and what they bought, the different items. This link takes you right back to the page we were just on You might have also noticed this button - the download to Excel. That lets you take in all of this information from all of the forms and just take it into Excel sheet. Sometimes we understand Finance people like to look at the finer details. Stripe also lets you look at a lot of the financial side of things here. This concludes the demo portion of our webinar, so let's answer some of your questions - Raul Yes, so questions, one second - Do you support any other payment gateways? No, Stripe is the best option for our customers. It's incredibly easy and free to set up, taking only a few minutes to connect your bank account. If your school already has a bank account, you can even connect that one. Stripe has no monthly fee, plus Stripe provides an industry-leading dashboard for managing payments. Second question:  is this included in the CMS package? We will be releasing more details in the next couple weeks. Yes, if someone fills out your form online, and their credit card is is invalid for some reason, then they'll get a pop up in front they're screen. It won't let them submit the form until they have a valid credit card number entered, so they'll have a chance to put in a different card. You won't have to worry about seeing it on your responses list unless they've actually paid. Thank you very much for joining us today. We are going to follow up shortly with all of you.
