So, here is what your admin site looks like. And to navigate to our Forms feature, we're going to go ahead and come over here to Community and then Forms. And this is where we're going to start building our forms - all of the forms that we've created will live here under the Forms module, and today we're going to start with a summer camp. So I went ahead and I started a new form here, and this is where we're going to go ahead and edit the name, so today is going to be our early bird summer camp. And I'm going to go ahead and give this a title here, we have our early bird summer camp presale. I've also added an inline image here just like you would do when building a page, and then when we click outside of the box it's just going to go add an already saved this content here. So now let's go ahead and start adding our Summer Camp sign-up information. So we'll need our contact information and here, these are going to be the fields where you can allow your individual to fill out their appropriate contact information. If you don't need a field, like let's say you don't need middle name, you can come here, just click on the field, and hit the little trash can. You also can make these required by clicking this check box, meaning, they will not be able to submit the form without filling out the required fields. I'm going to go ahead and just remove a couple of these little guys here, and now we've got our first name, our emails and our phone numbers to contact. Now, with the forms, you can also add the option of an address. If you need to ask a question we have our short answer field here, where you ask the question and then the individuals will have a limited amount of space to answer that question. So we can add a long answer as well, meaning if you were going to be, let's say, making an application for a new student to enroll you could have long answers as well as numbers, we can link to anything that we'd like, whether it's another page, or another form that we've got, if you want to redirect your individual to another location. We have our calendar date here, so let's go ahead and drop in our calendar. And then we can go ahead, this is going to be where they fill out their date here of when they will be attending. We can also upload a file here, then we also have our multiple choice options. We can have our check boxes, our multiple choice answers, or even a drop down menu, so let's go ahead and add a drop down here. So then they'll have the option to select whether their child is a male or a female, we also have our check box option. And our multiple choice. Alright. And then we've got our text box here, which is what I went ahead and added for our footer, and now we need to add our payment options, so let's go ahead and do that cause we absolutely would need them to pay for their summer camp. So here we're going to go ahead, we have our open option, we have a multiple choice payment option, and an item option. So here, this is going to be open, meaning anybody can go ahead and they can donate any amount of money that they would like, they can, you can set fields where it's between dollar amount A and dollar amount B, up to a max, so let's go ahead and do a donation. We're going to have to have a minimum here so let's go ahead and just mark a minimum of a dollar and a max of 100. We also have our multiple choice options here, so this is where we're going to go ahead and give them the option to pay for multiple days. And then this is where we're going to set our price. So now we've got our multiple choices here, and then we have our items. So our items is going to be an area where you can put merchandise with images if you would like to purchase that you can create a form that essentially becomes like an online store for your school or for your community, so people can come and buy any sort of school gear that they like, so here, let's go ahead and add someoptions for our summer camp. And then we're just going to upload our image here, and our price, you can also click here to add a description and variations here. So this is going to be a multiple choice, so it would be small, medium, and then this is where we're going to set our limits. So, we're not going to be having unlimited t-shirts so we need to know how many people are purchasing so we can plan ahead. So we have a minimum of 0 and a max of 50. So now we have our shirt design here. We can also add another item if we wanted to have more than one. So we can go ahead and just drag and drop another one here, we're going to go ahead and add our image again, and then our price. Alright, so now we have our different areas of what we can pay for here, we have our donation amount, how many days were going to be paying for our camp, and then our camp swag. So now we need to go ahead and click save here. Once you see the alert that this has been saved we now need to tell our form where we wanted to go. So we're going to want to link it to a specific area, so the individuals who are coming to your site will be able to access the form. So let's go ahead and add it to our site navigation so it's easy for parents to find and sign up. So let's go ahead and add it here under About Us. And now we need to link our form. Our form will be found under feature page because the forms is a feature, so we can go ahead and just search here. And then we will scroll through to find our particular form. Now that we have our form linked here, we have to click Done and then Apply Changes. Now when we navigate to our live site what we'll need to do is refresh a couple of times and then we're going to come over here and now we can see we have our summer camp early bird sign up. So now we have a live form on our website that people can come here to sign out for the summer camp. But, before they're going to be able to do so we need to make sure that we have our Stripe account linked. Stripe is going to be how you collect payments through your website. So you will come to settings and navigate to payments and here this is where you can add your Stripe accounts. We have it directly linked to forms so we just want to double-check that this form does in fact have a Stripe account linked, so we can collect that money. We're going to come to our form options, payment, and here is where we would select which particular Stripe account we want. You can have as many Stripe accounts as you would like, they're very quick and easy to set up, so if you had 10 different forms and you needed the form payments to go to 10 different bank accounts, you would absolutely have that option, you would just need to specify which account you want the deposit to go to. You can also specify who receives the email once somebody signs up or fills out a form. You can also customize the button, if you don't want it to say submit, you can have it say anything that you would like. You can also customize the Thank you page, we do have defaults in here for you, but if you would like to customize it, you would more than welcome to. We always need to save our changes here, so now let's go ahead and fill out our form. Our date option how many days were attending, all four, I want to be a superstar donor so I'm going to go ahead and donate $100 and since we are attending for 4 days we will be paying for 4 days. You can see here, I am required to select a size so we'll know exactly what shirt we're getting, otherwise it will not let me submit this form. And then we need a confirmation email, this is going to be the individuals receipt that they receive once they have submitted the form. And you can see our summary down here, so we're donating $100, we're going to be paying for 4 days and then we're going to be purchasing one t-shirt. And we have our subtotal here. You have the option of having the caption down here, we do recommend that when it comes to submitting payments online. And now you can see that we have been signed up, we have our custom thank you, this is going to be my summary of what I have filled out with all of my information and then we have our order ID number here for records. So if we go back to our admin site we can now see once we refresh navigate back to our form that we have one response here for our Summer Camp Sign Up. When we click the three dots we can come here to view our responses. You can see that today Ashley Smith signed up for summer camp. If we click into this it's going to give us our detailed rundown of what our individual purchased. We also have the option to come back to all responses and we can get a sale summary as well as downloading our form to an Excel spreadsheet. That way we can get all of that information and use it at a later date, we can create contact lists with this so if the individuals want to be notified every time that there's a summer camp, then we can do that. When we click the sales summary, that's going to bring us here and it's going to give us the breakdown. How much have we made total, and then what the individuals were filling out here. Their price and the total of each of those items. When we come here we can also share our information, we can view our form on the public site again, just a quick and easy way to see what exactly it is that you have, that you have built. Now I have also received the question about well what do we do if we are not going to be paying by credit card. How do individuals sign up and pay for their merchandise or their summer camp. So let's come back here and what I've done is at the bottom of our early bird sign up I had this little addendum here. When I click the follow this link, this brings me to another form that I created that does not have the payment option, it is simply a form to collect the information from the individual with a notice that you must submit your check or cash to the office. Additionally, if you want to go ahead and be able to toggle between both a form for cash and check and credit card we have this hyperlinked here and when I click on it it's going to be the exact same form that I had filled out before for cash or check, but in this case when we scroll to the very bottom you will see our information is a little bit different down here, so we have our payment information and once this is all filled out then they will be able to pay, so we can do our one week and then you can see here it automatically populates down at the bottom. And submit. And once again we have our summary here. When we come back here we can go ahead and we can find that particular form which was different from our original form and you can see we've had two responses here. Again, to view our responses and now you can see we've had two purchases for the summer camp, pay by credit card.
