translate everyone we are going to begin today's my adliya webinar on edlio payments also called online school payments my name is Lauren Goldberg with online Commander systems he was part of the Elio family we joined a few months ago so if you haven't heard of us that's why we're pretty brand new but I'll be going to use for a quick rundown of what online school payments is and show you pictures of how you can add credit cards to your school Sota so what's up what's on a little bit and hopefully you learned some things today so I was p or online school payments a free online web store so parents can go online and pay take purchases for your school by a credit card include Integrations with Ed Leah and other kc12 software validation and accountability one second I don't know if I'm fully sharing again is that freewebstore again so parents can go online and make a purchase by credit card again with that integration with Ellie and other k212 software and it does come with a full Suite of features including a very robust list of reports is over 70 reports including transactions by fund account students buy teacher by product you get the idea that you can use refunds can be done by credit card thanks pops are automatic and It Go directly into your school bank account and there's actually pictures as well OSP is a free web store and just real clear for everyone if there is no charge for the licenses there's no minimum number of schools there's no charge for users and there's no maximum number of users web-based training is included so if you need any help with your help all support included so this would include web hosting installation general site customization and help us tickets and it is a can be free to you I want to be clear on this there's no real salesman requirements in free to the school or to your District organization there is a service fee but approximately 90% of our schools that use online school payment just passed on to the and they called it at so if you want to do that then we are literally a free solution for you at the school the best way to think is that there are six steps the first step is that so someone is going to be making the products for your school fees will go online on the schedule date hopefully someone goes online in Dutch list of your parents or Community member once they've submitted the order we will charge the credit card a series of emails will go up after the order is completed these go to a parent or purchaser one will go to the bookkeeper probably an individual in the main office in charge of the school Financial may be a principal secretary perhaps and the third and final email go to a sponsor teacher that is that designated individual for each line item example things like a sponsor for a lost library book as we were about your funds we will deposit the money put into your school bank account and if you're using some sort of accounting solution then you can view of how OSP has a multiple different ways that you can how parents go in two main ways that you can do it include through a browser and also through a mobile app with that free license I'm going to go ahead and pause for a moment or we're going to head and do a parent purchase you can see what that looks like hopefully you guys can see this now on the screen is going to be a demo environment that should say OSP Sunset County so we're just going to pretend that I'm a parent and I've gone to this web store so I'm going to go here I'm going to locate my child's School I'm still could be any number of schools at your organization or District we'd also do different programs or even departments at the central office low number of things can be done through OST I'm going to go to my school once I pull up the school I will see a list of various activities and fees that I can take if I can take portraits for so let's go ahead and do a couple today so this is going to be like at 1 to water technology fee for anyone house I make ahead and add to cart you'll notice that this item actually has an inventory and you do have inventory options with your products Nevada my item to the couch it's going to update not being passed on to the parent that's why it's coming up as a zero so if you did want to pass on to parent there would be a service fee that be a button bought above and beyond that $100 a month screen is going to be step one and this is going to be a science student so for each of my different items I can assign a student and that way they have been connected set item so when you run a sales report if you look up a receipt you have a student name and ID for each of those items it's how we know who to give credit not to give credit to this information can be validated against your student information system does not necessarily need to be validated however some items have do not need certain information you can see here at the bottom I have a donation here that's no profile required so to give parents and card holders for one final opportunity make sure they're buying the right thing make sure you give him the opportunity to make adjustments if they have to you can write a small pieces here to give you an example of what we can do to upgrade your edlio CMS to add that payment P said she can see you can have little notes here you can add your products you can add links directly to your you can put it into your news announcements and if you have items that are related to particular date you can add it to your calendar so for example here's a homecoming dance let me click on that are you guys are and if they want to buy tickets. Homecoming dance there's that direct link Mexico right here please. We are working on doing a stripped version of the web store that wash you go directly into your CMS adley of sight as expected in 2020 that's coming we're going to actually put the web store directly into your ads site make it even more seamless but just a couple of samples of how you can integrate your other your sights really can't bring that payment processing center in terms of the backups on terms of the back at and there's a a man's report just for school staff let me go ahead and show you what that looks like okay so here on the screen is going to be that man I want to login as a school staff member maybe like a principal secretary or bookkeeper it's cool to have its own unique bank account therefore they can have their own I'm going to go ahead and show you just a quick example what an item can look like we call these activities or products I'm again this time can vary from state-to-state or school school in terms of some of the items that you could sell thinks maybe like a field trip for a yearbook or clothing in the system generally speaking the information we're looking for would be like name description sponsor teacher send those emails can item be purchased price information fund account information engravable and there's more advanced setup that we can do as well so things like inventory images for your product things like because this does have fund accounting equations you can have all your fund accounts in here for your general ledger and Miss can chicken tie back into your accounting Solution on when you run your report you will have the full detail of your accounting I'm so if you have questions from the principal or from audit or internal auditing or from your bookkeeper all this detail will be here I'm in this really is meant for school use we have to have this level of detail for in terms of the Reporting Act we have a wide variety of reports that you can run let me show you just tattoo quick examples Reynolds TV date range so this report will allow me to run a report from a particular date range Smeagol go back to school year I will go till today I'm going to hit display and the system is going to generate that report to look something like this she can see we have things here like dates 24-hour periods name students purchase order number time stamp amount received for turns and then the total for that particular 24-hour. In the case of July 8th that looks like it was 13 and options for 1200 these reports are principal they are also exportable just to show you some options Microsoft Excel Microsoft Word which text CSV to XML they're also search. Hopefully so give you everything you need when you're on your report in terms of some of the more robust reporting that we have again we have over 70 reports that you can run some of these examples include transaction checklist account by product by students codification you get the idea there's quite a few friendly two obligations statements reversing transactions I'm going to run it just a real quick just you guys can see I'm more advanced one like these can get really granular transactions by-product products select what is a more advanced report a high school level report if you will I got maybe we'll do July 1-4 I date range till today how to do my short preference here maybe we'll do sort by students and we'll do our product for pain and then I can add additional information like purchase notes and then I can just kind of go through here and grab any specific products or activities that I'm most interested in you can try to text me your list so you can get very specific on what you are interested in that's pretty good, go ahead and head okay the system is going to generate the resulting report so again this should be a transaction by product report Nick on this is a lot a little bit more granular than what we saw I'm so this is going to break it up product per page just give you a sense what you got what was salt again everything is printable exportable and you will have that an account details in your account let me show you one final report to explain OSP so every time we do a deposit we are going to generate a statement detail what deposit is for this can be found under the statements time and again this is really helpful for your bank reconciliation, it's going to really show everything that occurred in your school for it. For the school that looks like it was for half of September for like $5,902 you have all your details here in terms of the accounts in terms of the amount someone teach one I'm so tired of trying to roll field trips yearbook AP exams three granular there will also be a breakdown I order on return and additionally there will be a breakdown of order detailed by Fun pretty detailed as you can tell I've had a lot of conversations with bookkeepers Nationwide and they have told me that this might be my favorite part of the system because it really helps make the accounting on so much easier and they know exactly what to expect deposit for your school bank accounts we will send you a reminder email I'm letting you know that money is coming and that you can now run the statement to find the details for a Westie and that is a OST in a nutshell we are at is there any questions or comments that I could help us OKC we have a question here it's a question from Joan Camus only be used with credit cards or can you use bank account info so at this time it is credit card only all transactions are done as a credit transaction not allow for a check reasons a.
