good afternoon everyone welcome and thank you so much for joining our my edlio series today will be covering eccentrics and I'm also going to be sharing with you some of our updates and feature enhancements we also have a technical support representative and as usual this webinar is being recorded and will be accessible to everyone and the health center let's go ahead and get started you are at night one thing to know is that I'm logged in as a web administrator but there are a lot of things on that I'll cover which will be useful teachers as well and some of you may have actually seen some of these tips and tricks before but keep in mind there may be a new users or those who need a quick little I would like to begin by going over our latest update in the to the contact info in the settings menu you can now self manage your contact information and edit them is needed without having to go through our tech support team the updates that you make in settings will reflect on your homepage as well as your contact form so the info on your homepage such as a flutter and the contact form which is this farm right here and if you have our own using the information will update on the app as well let me show you how you can go into your settings by clicking on the site management module from your dashboard or from your hamburger drop down menu so let's go into site management settings contact you can edit your location display email and contact numbers and for the site contact form you can edit the page title as well as an introductory to and while we're in the settings I would like to note that you can enable your Ada settings here so quick accessibility if you enable your Ada settings this will require you to enter alternate text to all of your images on the website so that your site is in compliance with Ada guidelines we also have a staff template here if you need something to send to your teachers and faculty so let me show you what that looks like on the admin site I'm going to upload some images you are photo album so you'll get this orange warning message for any images that don't have the old text we can add our own text by simply clicking on the image Quicken to Alt and type it in okay perfect and this applies to all the images on the website such as your Shuffle photos as well as your inline images anything that that requires I'll text you will see that warning message if it hasn't been typed in and if you don't and put the out tax those images appear on your website next I want to talk about some new enhancements in our form feature so let's go two forms so this is an example form that I've built after you've built your forms under form options you can now schedule a specific opening and closing date and time so what I mean by that is if you were going to schedule select a specific date and time that you would lie are the form to open well when you would like for the form to close and of course you can also tap the number of so for example if you only need 20 completed for you can enter that number in this feel here you can also receive email notifications every time of form is completed you can do so by typing in the email address here you can enter multiple email addresses you can also allow the fondant to receive a confirmation email and you can edit that email message in this text box year after the Forum submitted the end-user is directed to a thank you page you can edit that message here or have it redirect to a different link by typing in the URL when is an add-on features so if you're interested in learning more about it you can reach out to your client success specialist also I'm now print form responses which was a popular feature enhancement request the responses can be printed in or you can print them individually print it up condensed format and in order to print you just go to the list of responses and simply click on the print button your bra different window will open and you can either print or save as a PDF to print just one response go into the fonts actions and print if you have any more questions about forms or forms with payments feel free to visit our help center we recently did a webinar on forms of payments and got video is available so I want to give you some tips on pages so let me in two pages a click into a category you'll notice. some sections and Pages have a little site Navigation icon next to the title what that means is that either the entire section or page is already linked to yours stop navigation and also within your sight navigation you can quickly go to your desired page and just click on the three dots click on open section or page and it just took direct me to the page where we can make updates and edits we also just rolled out a new enhancement to make it easier for you to your pages or separation to your site navigation so I'm going to go into a page that I would like to link into my site now I'm just go search for it okay I'm under actions you can add this to your site navigation so click add to site navigation and it's access to the site navigation page and you can add this wherever you'd like I say that and let me just go back into that page can also do it inside navigation and you'll be redirected to the site navigation location so go back actually I'm going to go back into that page I want to show you for inline images there's now a context menu where you can select the image and it lets you quickly link the image adjust the properties align the image page books are collapsible so just check off the collapsible box I'm typing the title and the side panel items are collapsible as well and this always helps with organization and help to keep things looking neat I always suggest that you continually save your work so that you don't lose it let me show you Triple Paste blocks look like on public Bank this topic is also covered on the page webinar so feel free to check that out at your earliest convenience these videos are all uploaded in our health center next I'd like to go over our Communications tool this is the one I want to cover today is the email sender so teachers have access to this feature as well and you can access the email sender by Dino Thunder start a new email and you'll see the available email layouts but I wanted to note that you can also include your events and your news or just your news I'm going to go ahead and select the layout that shows both the news and events and you can add as many events as you'd like and this is pulling directly from your calendar you can also add as many new stories as you'd like you can change the order in which you'd like for them to appear by dragging and dropping the 6 dots to your left you can add your content you can preview the email and it will show the email preview as well as mobile and you add recipients directly from your edlio contact list where you can upload a CSV file I have the option to schedule a delivery date and time you can also select a category where your recipient of the trying to unsubscribe from specific categories not opt out of emails that go out from the emergency category and if your unfinished with the Emu you can save your draft by clicking on save and exit and come back to it later another communication tool that we is the school news app and for those of you who have the school news up you can now delete your app alerts this is simply done words by clicking on the trash can icon the school news app is an add-on feature so if you're interested in learning more about it
