Welcome to our 15 minute lunch and learn webinar thank you so much for joining us today today will be focusing on the home screen of the OS Ms management if you have not yet taken 360 training you're still welcome to join but we do recommend you sign up for the basics right so let's get started here we have the home screen of the management portal as you see here on the right hand side is asking for me to login I was login as normal and then select my school from the drop-down menu on the left hand side we have the OS MS news feed this is used for important update such as feedback is the system is down for some reason any announcements we want to post this is made publicly for all District to know we also have any District information related to your specific District on the bottom left-hand side we have SMS feedback and support here it would automatically populate your email and your name you would just need to fill out the subject line and the message for the support question you wish to submit and you would just hit that you can also email support at support that's us u p p o r t s o s m s inc.com will get an email letting you know that a case has been made and we will keep you posted on how we hope to resolve your case and then on the right hand side you have the OS MS documents dies in training every guide that should be helpful to you so we have the quick start guide the OST guys this is most helpful new and returning bookkeepers is going to allow for you to click on it and it's going to take you to another site or you're able to select meaning or refresher you may need and if you don't know how to set up products you can select products can I take you to another screen we're going to show you pictures and step by step instructions on how to make products you can also click on any of them as well so if you are not familiar with ogm and would like to learn more about it also is o t r o s i o s and we also have no SMS training catalog this allows for you to click on it and it's going to take you to another screen where you're able to sign up for any future training if you'd like to set up for sign up for the bookkeeper training dates and you can register if you like to sign up for an advanced training you can register or for any of the trainings below and if you can't make these days select the drop-down menu and you can select go back to the home screen we also have the osms training webinars this is the webinars that we host so all of our videos are po set up on here so please make sure that you were looking for Eva Leo pay and you can re-watch our videos on that we do every Tuesday and Thursday for 15 minutes like I mentioned below you will sign in you will select your school from the drop-down menu so I'm going to select my school and it's going to show me that I can go to so we have the Home tab will also have the statement tab view my statements that have been deposited into the bank allows me to do a refund to set up more product I can also look up a order by payment inquiry I can also run any reports that I want I can also set up new users by going to setup and use our account and I can set up teachers or other bookkeepers if I want I can import any student information templates I can also change my password if I go to change password is going to allow me to change my password thank you for connecting with us to learn about the home screen of the portal this video will be made available to my essay on webinars Page in hours and we'll be conducting these webinars every Tuesday and Thursday for the next couple of weeks you can find the registration link to these webinars in the communications that are sent ahead of time thank you so much for your time and I hope you have a great
