hello everyone thank you so much for joining us today for our supply list webinar today we will be covering a walkthrough on how to use ours that aisle is feature and of course share the list with Community we also have a technical support representative in the chat today we can answer any questions that you may have the webinar is being recorded and will be accessible to everyone in the health center so let's go ahead and get started before we click into supply list I did want to remind you of a couple quick helpful areas and that can be found under our help. so it's of course you are logging into the admin site all users will have access to our help center and another important area as well is if you have already launched your website you will see the option of contacting our support and if we click on this year you'll see that when you scroll down your hours will be preset to your specific time with the best number to call and you can always submit a case as well so just as a reminder that these resources are available for you now I am going to click back to our Dash and let's go ahead and take a look at our supply list the supply list can be access right here for the dashboard or what you can do as well is if we click on the hamburger menu you can also access supply list once you click into supply list because we already add list that we've uploaded you're going to get all of them listed out and it's very simple all you need to do is if you wanted to add a new list we would click upload new list it will tell you the max file size and of course the accepted file types so maybe you already have this as a dog or you have to somewhere PDF all you have to do is just upload or drop your file here and then what happened is once you click on save it will take up to 48 hours for us to digitize the list so that way your parents and students can come to the website and of course they're making their purchases now if we click on either of the three. you will see the following options maybe it's the list isn't needed anymore you can go ahead and unpublished if you needed to update your list you could also go ahead and do so you can see the public View you can share your list would you also have the button right up at the top and if you click on item you will see all of the information provided so you'll see your eyes you'll see the file name a class grade and of course the school year now click back into supply list we also have the option where if you looked it up add multiple lists at the same time and you want to make all of the list available to the parents so they can make their purposes all you would need to do is click on publish all list and that will go ahead and take care of that for you now if you want to see what the list looks like I'll be going over ways that you can share your supply list so what we can do here is if we are live I see that you can take the link that will share all of your supply list that you have created you can directly add to site navigation you can even make this a News Post so maybe you work a back-to-school post that had all the supply list for parents to come in and make their purchases oh we also have additional options for you as well I will show you by going into page management and pages that you also have the option here so I am going to go to miscellaneous and I'm go to create a new section here and I'm going to call this supply list and I'm going to click on new page and a blank page I will tell this 2021 to 2022 supply list so what's this time the title of the page when you can do it here if you want to add supply list directly to the pain is we can click on ADD and you'll see some playlist listed as a page block so if we click on that here you can select all or maybe this was a specific page for fish braids or or first grade you could select all of the list that apply so let's say we wanted to do all the way up until 6th grade once you click on staying what go ahead and do is save the draft and once you click on Save Draft when you can do on your actions as you can of course preview what the page will look like I will see that it will list out all of our list for us and you can specifically click on that list and it will give you the options of shopping through Amazon Target and Walmart for all of them but you're out of here and again just as a reminder remember that it takes about 48 hours to digitize the list you also have the option of going into management and site navigation but you can do here is what say we wanted to add this under our parents I'm going to click on new item and I'm going to show you how to add the ear if we wanted to add the one that we had created in Pages we would of course the like the page if we were using the specific URL that we saw under supply list we would of course use URL but you also have the option of clicking speaker page Celexa feature and if you scroll down you would be able to click orange supply list I will go ahead and stay and if we go back to the site and refresh a few times year under currents will see our supply list and all of the list that have been uploaded and are ready to go you publish them they will all be accessible here and as you add list full of course out of here for you so again all you would need to do click on the supply list you'll see the list of items and as you can see we have Amazon we have Target and we have Walmart as well now going back to the site I did want to mention that if you are not seeing supply list there could be a few reasons for that and a great place to go to what those reasons could be is if we go into our help center and click on help article when I scroll down and click on supply list we have in the section when you here where it says why isn't the supply list feature available buffet crampon that hear it maybe that the feature is disabled in settings if you wanted to check that all you will need to do is click on your hamburger menu go to site management and your settings Wireless it just make sure that this is enabled you can also see here. We have a list of other reasons as to why you might not see supply list so if your organization is located outside of the US or maybe your ntsib is missing and that way you can contact support so they can go ahead and help you there and this page in general in The Help Center is very useful because you can send this guy to your teachers or you can have them look in The Help Center you also have a guide for families as well and it will show you how to I have a date create or even upload your supply list of course adding it to a page publishing and seeing what these List look like and if we go back into Supply I wanted to let you know that if you try supply list by October 15th you have a chance to Win $5,000 in school supplies so all you will need to do is go in and use the stuff a list feature and that way you can test it out and see if it is something that will work for your school and as a reminder if you had any questions at all please feel free to reach out to your success specialist at at Leo and if you are not sure who your client success specialist is please email client success at Leo.
