hello everybody thank you so much for joining us for today's at my at Leah webinar my name is Danny and I'm a member of the client success team here at Elio not today raising funds with forms creating a school store in your play ocms we looking at ways that you can go ahead and create a school so directly in your ad Leo's TMS performance with pay is what you're going to need to do this that is a free add-on there are some eye service fees that come with each transaction but overall it is a free add-on reach out to your CSS for more info I'd activate for your site today there was a new over some specific forms to fill out and you know your client success specialist is reach out to find success at ally.com will be happy to point you in the right direction all right what are the benefits of using forms with pay no first off it is a self-serve option right you can create and edit forms with payments at any time no need to contact our support team or anything like that you have unlimited access to create as many forms are with or without payments as you want all right what are the other benefits to is all reporting are you can easily View and manage at any form response NCA steel summary of all purchases within a specific form all right I notified of any new windows sale start coming in right and you can chew who's getting those responses I mean a winforms open when they close things like that and it's easy money alright money from purchases go directly into your atleo pay a account transfer money to your school's bank account by monthly alright know what what can we do with forms with pay all right think Lexie fees for field trips on school branded items in a pair of which were going to come to be building out here in a second donation AP exam fees your book orders from transcripts you no more money orders you know it's really whatever you need to collect fees or you can do it with forms in your cmsi so let's hop into the CMS here and see how easy it is to create a form is our collect payments today all right. Here we are in the edlio cmsid we were using a test account to the Elliott College Prep now regardless of whether you whether or not you have forms with payments everyone has the form a feature right click forms right here all right you can also get there actually by going up here to the hamburger drop-down menu forms right there all right now I'm here is where the difference is right I'm so if you have payments enabled you'll see a payment report to get right to him there if you don't don't see it out again if you do want an activated reach out your client success specialist ahead and build out a new form and you'll see here we have a bunch of amazing templates to work off of this little payment note here at the bottom these are templates that are automatically set up to accept payments as what after school program AP exam registration donation things like that if you want you can also create a blank form from scratch if you have an idea what you're looking for a poke around here see what we the way of a template that matches what you're looking to do you know it makes things a lot easier I'm working at work smarter not harder right start with a blank form so we can build out a little school store here from scratch or can I go into the different options are we have of am collecting payments are right click blank form what I'm going to do here isn't actually go into this field here every single a new phone they create will automatically have this at the top of it when you create a blank form odd says please or blow required fields are marked with an asterisk in this case we're not going to have anything with an astronaut going to remove that there but I'm going to keep this here because I want to go ahead and add an image alright pretty little header to use for our school store so when Adderall text you not remember all text is used for anybody using a screen reader it lets the user know what the image here here is the ones give Elena a brief but I mean a descriptive text here okay all right I mean kind of just the size there rsrtc P school spirit store a little note their orders can be picked up in the main office so in this case we are creating a school spirit store when we selling some shirts things like that for upcoming homecoming game so we have that ready to go there alright we're already on our way along here on the side we have all of these form filled here right if short answer long answer numbers these can all be out of here these ones here are specific to payments down here open multiple choice in Idaho get into what each of those are here in a second down here we have specific input groups now these you see are automatically going to generate like several different answers right a shortened to shorten the short answer we can put these in individual here if you're looking for a contact information these are input groups World oatmeal have multiple field already filled out for you makes things a lot a lot easier if we're going to use them in this case Works going to build out phone stolen delete these now and starting back up here we're going to start here with some simple info all right when you text one as required student named another short answer student great we'll make that required short answer how many a parent / Guardian phone as well in case we need to call with any questions or anything like that all right I so we have this information down here I can see a marked as required to It'll ask bear if you want to add any other form filled Korean ones that are specific to your input of an email address phone number things like that we can pull these all right here then down here we're going to get into our payments form field right now we have a few different options here I want to go into what each one is and how it works best for you whatever it is you're trying to raise money for the first up we have open or I'm going to drag this down here will be using this one in a little bit but we're not going to be using it specifically for our shirts open this is used to collect variable amounts of my donations are you at pay-what-you-can situation right it's a free form payment option all right so I'm your form of the open field let's a person enter a dollar dollar amount within a certain range all right so what they were going to acting donations are actually we're going to collect donations for the homecoming our upcoming homecoming event alright so let's go ahead here will add let's see actually not we'll do here as a homecoming raffle I like this idea right ahead and do I add funds here to to be entered into our upcoming homecoming raffle they can do that here a little description all right for the no hay into a raffle for your chance to win an iPad for each dollar is considered one entry tickets can be picked up at the entrance of the homecoming game where winners will be announced at halftime good luck to all all right now let them know that $1 accounts as one ticket for this upcoming raffle all right then here at the amounts all right so this is what the minimum amount can be if they're going to be using this all right so we'll make the minimum $1 set the max at any right and if somebody wants to buy 1000 raffle tickets they can go and do that right if you know if you ever want to send that to Max you can definitely do that right there all right I'm so that is open again think I'm doing oceans pay we can things like that next up we have multiple choice multiple choice is used up also for the donations or like tiered pricing write to multiple choice of this amounts to choose from along with a description each level but we're not going to use this one today we're actually using item cuz we're we're selling items in our school store all right now I'll come down here at the first we want to do is give our first item a name and this is going to be homecoming shirt 2023 pretty simple wooden here we will add our description show off your ECP spirit with is short sleeve cotton blend t-shirt all right next up we can add an image of an image I mean I always recommend adding an image if possible so then upload the image of our shirt all right awesome there we go have that once I was going at all text for that as well. Although defaults to the the file name here let's go School homecoming 2023 cool alright not down here we can add some more information I had some variations here in a second. I just want to set the price let's say this shirt is $20 and then down here we can set up the amount that a person can purchase right so we want to set any minimum or maximum someone can purchase you can enter that here plus you say the minimum is one and when the oldest maximum of 10 all right and then down here under availability right this where you can put however many you have in stocks what say we have 100 shirts and socks I just want to use that it's going to get default there to make sure whatever you have here the total number currently available for purchase right example if you had you know like 100 100 shirts to sell already sold ten of them separately you put 90% of 100 right she's going to put whatever it is that you physically have in stock right now let's go over here to our ad variations this is where we can go ahead and add on different sizes for our shirts right and now we have all of our sizing options here ready to go if the price ready to go I think we are all set to go for this portion of our school spirit store if you want to add more items to keep going you're best off using that form filled there to go ahead and add those what to save this Excuse me. Give us a name yet one of the first things you should do I'll see ACP Homecoming school store when safe alright then here you have the public link it's all going to be up here as well so let's go ahead and open that are and this is what is going to look like when your users come to visit your school store looks like for anybody visiting you or your new school store here all right till up $25 for the upcoming raffle and at 1 t-shirt here will get an extra large entering our confirmation right here we can see our order summary we have the homecoming raffle $5 the homecoming shirt extra-large $20 they're the transaction fee and our total right down here alright alright now we're back here bcms want to go over a couple more things that we can do with this form while we're in here now I'm over here to our status with that said to open Now actions will click that we've already saved our form 10 here we click responses again if we did have any responses that's where they would be you could also get there so I'll call her here back to the forms that we can we see all of her for me and others are top when your ECP homecoming schools don't have any responses but if you did have any beauty right here you know if that's where you can come in and look at those responses now I'll come back over here again for my options all right there's a few things we can do the first thing is notification emails all right now whenever any sort of response comes in you can put in your email address here and you'll be notified whenever a new form response come in or whenever 8 new sale comes in give me a confirmation email to respondent thank you your response has been recorded but if they are ordering a t-shirt that right you know thank you for your purchase please come to the main office to pick up your shirt or something like that you know however you want to do it you know you can customize it here at an image however you want to do it but this is the email they're going to go ahead and receive once the form is submitted all right go ahead and click save changes Excel Quebec in to ask for mop not sure how to get there from within the form itself because click on these three dots perform options you do all of the same Ops 30 clip those three. Behavior that over here right now when you click when you go to the form and the person I submit that for me know I'm it says submit right but if you want to change that and you know 22 by now or something like that that's where you can go ahead and do that will go ahead and we'll make that purchase look up they know they're purchasing something over here are thank you paid right so once the form has been submitted to a thank you page say hate your response thank you so much right here what kind of make it the same actually message that we have hear your emails will go ahead and make this the same exact message that's what episode does General thank you page there if you want to go ahead and going to a specific custom when you can do that here to some other page you can do that as well we'll stick with this thank you page here now if you want to open and close this form on a specific that you can do that when you click these will give you the option for the date if you know somebody comes to visit that form or near the school store before that form open the receive this message here this form is not yet open please come back later or if it closes after that the weather supposed to be that you'd like it to go get this message here form is closed but we're keeping this one open right now and we will go ahead and keep it open until we run out of t-shirts to sell this will save changes there or any payment information here again we should be set up in settings that is something you want to go over with your client success specialist all right don't come back over here to The Forum again actions all right I'm next up you know down here before we get in the shower you can go ahead if you click public view it was open the link for you okay we already saw that look like come back over here to the admin say it again you can copy us if you want to duplicate this form you know if you're going to be doing this you know annually I'd recommend doing the arms going to press copy update the information you know if whatever you need to update one of the images or whatever I always opt to use the other copy form feature you want to Begin Again smarter not harder do you want to go over here is share now that we've got this this school store setup information out to our school Community all right option to hear an attitude sight navigation that it'll bring us right to our site navigation it's going to Auto default here at the very last second that container you have here let's go. See what other options that we have see we'll go ahead here and will bring this up 2 hour about 4 now alright keep that there I'll save that now let's go to our home page all right this is the NFL College Prep School homepage probably come up here to about boom Bama we have our school store linked to our site navigation there come back over the forms go to share again that is coming back over here out of this gives you more options of other ways that you can share it considered if you have a shuffle photo Shuffle on your homepage it's a great place to add it as a news item why do people I hate we are school store is not open. I think that's a number one are you going to the second you open a school store you want to let people know right at your news alert is probably the best place to do it if you want to add it to any relevant Pages that's why I want to hear news and alerts I'll come up here to add news what happened to news and announcements not down here we can either add more content with link to a file but we're going to in this case when we listen to a page on this case that the Forum page itself alright just let me go ahead and add the link there art for any photos to we can do that as well. Might as well go ahead and add we have that beautiful School shirt might as well I had it her dad are all text alright I'll save that now that news story is live but in order to get as many eyes on this as possible action when a D homepage alert all right Venezuela featured photo right now we want to update our button label we're not really adding a story coming to put here the school store now I need to choose your button style now I remember these are connected to the colors used on your homepage for your school site Your Design I like this one better they're now on this lets you choose when you want to remove this homepage alert it auto defaults to 24 hours here let's go ahead and extend this a few weeks here I'm going to create the alert okay amazing now let's go to our homepage.
