Restricting Users from Conversations

1. Navigate to Conversations via your Access+ Dashboard

Step 2:  Click "Settings" 

Step 3:  Click "Banned/Hidden Users" 

Step 4:  Place a checkmark next to the name(s) to ban or hide (depending on the column) 

                                                               OR 

Use the search bar to locate the user.  Once the user is located, place a checkmark next to their name       

Step 5:  Click "Save" 

• Banned Users can’t access/participate in Conversations
• Hidden Users are hidden from the “search” feature as an option to start a conversation with
