Good afternoon everyone, we're going to go ahead and get started on our Help Center webinar today. If you have any questions, we have an agent that you can send questions in the chat to. Today, we're just going to do a quick overview of The Help Center and help you be able to find resources. Our Help Center is going to be help.edlio.com and this is going to be up 24/7 for you so should you ever have any questions while you're updating your website, you can come here if it is after-hours, it'll be a 24/7 resource for you. Right here we see our Help Center homepage and we can start at the top here. We have some quick-link buttons at the top that are going to show us the most used areas of The Help Center. If you know specifically what you are wanting to search for, we have a search function up here which is brand new and we can type in any subject to get started. After the Christmas break, we know that some staff may have some questions since it will have been a while so we've got this helpful Back-to-School, especially if you're going to have some new staff starting, then we can start here with Tips for new and returning teachers, Tips for new and returning admins. We click on one of these and it'll give you a bunch of the most commonly asked questions for new teachers with links to The Help Center articles. We also have this Tips & Tricks button and over here, you'll see in the section menu on the right-hand side, these will be some of the most frequently accessed areas of The Help Center. So we have our Edlio Webinars, we have tips for making the most of your website and so on. The Edlio Webinars is something that's going to be super helpful. If you happen to miss one that we have recorded, you can always come to the My Edlio Webinars and click Videos in the right-hand section menu. And here you'll see all previously recorded webinars. This webinar will be uploaded here by the end of the day today so just in case if anyone missed it, then you can come back and access it here. Returning back to The Help Center homepage, we also have some Troubleshooting areas here. If you forget your password or your username, and then some other areas that you might find very helpful. We find that a lot of people when updating their site may not see changes reflected immediately so we always suggest to clear your browser cache, so you'll probably be using this one quite a bit. And we have the All Help Topics button. This is the most used area because we have, in alphabetical order, all of our help topics and how to do and update everything on your website here. So, for example, if you're interested in the homepage widgets, for example, you can click on this here and then it'll give you step-by-step instructions on how to navigate to the homepage widgets and how to create them. Come back to All Help Topics and scrolling down to the bottom, you'll also see different User Types: the Beginner, Advanced, and Website Administrator which is also on The Help Center homepage. That's also a great way to navigate throughout The Help Center, depending on what level user you are. If you'd like to learn a little bit more about accessibility, back-to-school topics, or any of our technical topics, we have those listed right here as well. We also have this super helpful "Get Help" button in the top right-hand corner. When we click on this, this is going to tell you how to access your Edlio Technical Support and how to submit a ticket. We have our Help number right here and then to submit a tech support ticket, this gives you step-by-step instructions on how to do so via your school's admin. So you will see the step-by-step instructions here on how to submit a ticket, and check in on your ticket status. If we come over here to the back-end of the website, you will see the "Help" button up here and we also have The Edlio Help Center link and the Contact Edlio Support here as well. Both of these will redirect you back to The Edlio Help Center. And finally, last but not least, we love your feedback here so click on Give Us Feedback and we would love to hear any ideas that you have for us, any enhancements you think we might be able to make, your satisfaction, and of course if you'd like to endorse Edlio for other schools or prospective clients for us. We welcome any and all feedback as this is what helps us to improve and to build out new areas of the CMS and make things more user-friendly for you. Additionally, along with The Help Center, you do have the Edlio tech support team that you can call into and those times will be listed at the bottom of your Help Center. That's going to be in your time zone and then you also have your Edlio client success specialist that you can reach out to and they can help you with any questions you have as well. So one more time, we've got here on the homepage are Beginner, Advanced, and Website Administrator quick-links. As we scroll down you'll see Upcoming Webinars like the one we're having today. When we click on "More on Webinars," that takes us to all of our saved videos. Then at the bottom here, we have any updates we've made to our Help Center, any new topics that we've added, any that we have amended, and this might also help with some other areas that you may have some more questions on. You can also follow us on social media, that's a great way to get in touch with us as well and then you can subscribe to our newsletter which will also give you updates on when our new webinars will be happening.
