1. Navigate to Conversations via your Access+ Dashboard

REPORT DESCRIPTIONS

STAFF REPORTS

Hall Passes Issued: This shows the total number of Hall Passes issued for a prescribed time. Displays date/time issued, issued by who issued to who, check-in by who, checked-in date/time, reason, and how long it was valid for.

ANALYTICS

Usage by Feature (Daily): This shows you on a graph the daily usage of certain features of individual apps. It allows you to see the usage of News, Contacts, Calendars, Quick Links, App Links, Documents, Map, Forms, and Pictures.

Usage by Feature (Weekly): This shows you on a graph the weekly usage of certain features of individual apps. It allows you to see the usage of News, Contacts, Calendars, Quick Links, App Links, Documents, Map, Forms, and Pictures.

Usage by Feature (Monthly): This shows you on a graph the monthly usage of certain features of individual apps. It allows you to see the usage of News, Contacts, Calendars, Quick Links, App Links, Documents, Map, Forms, and Pictures.

Installs (Daily): This shows you on a graph the number of daily installs of individual apps. It allows you to see the total downloads, Apple downloads, Android Downloads, and Web App Downloads.

Installs (Weekly): This shows you on a graph the number of weekly installs of individual apps. It allows you to see the total downloads, Apple downloads, Android Downloads, and Web App Downloads.

Installs (Monthly): This shows you on a graph the number of monthly installs of individual apps. It allows you to see the total downloads, Apple downloads, Android Downloads, and Web App Downloads.

App Opened (Daily): This shows you on a graph the unique app openings per day, for a prescribed timeframe.

App Opened (Weekly): This shows you on a graph the unique app openings per week, for a prescribed timeframe.

App Opened (Monthly): This shows you on a graph the unique app openings per month, for a prescribed timeframe.
