Access+ Dashboard Access
We have five different account types, and each has its own level of access to the Dashboard. Below we have outlined the features each account has access to:
Administrator (Secured Full Access):
- Ability to add Newsfeeds using the Edlio CMS RSS feed
- Send Push Notifications
- Add Calendars using iCal links
- Edit the Custom Theme and Graphics
- Add Locations to the Map
- Assign Secured Access areas
- Start and view* Conversations
- Edit the text on the Tip Line and add recipients
- Student ID
- View and issue Hall Passes
- Add and assign Student Badges
- Add Social Media Feeds
- Setup Wellness Screener
- View App Analytics*
(*this is specific to the Full Access Admin)
Administrator (Secured Limited)
- These users have the same dashboard access as a Secured Full Access Admin, except they cannot view App Analytics and all the site Conversations
Teachers
- Start and view their Conversations
- Issue Hall Passes
Students/Parents:
These users only have access to in-app features only -- no access to the Dashboard. Admins can decide what features are available to these users using the Secure Access feature.
