Submit An Edlio Access Support Case
How Can We Help?
If you are having an issue with your Edlio Access or Access+ app, you can email us directly at [email protected] to submit a Tech Support case.
In order to facilitate a quick turnaround for your issue please try to include the following information while submitting your case:
1: Screenshots or screen recordings of any errors you experienced (if you can reproduce the issue, sometimes error screens are hard to capture and that's understandable)
2: If multiple users are experiencing the issue a list of names should be provided.
3: A timeline of when the issue was first experienced.
If you have dashboard access, you could also:
Step 1: Click on "Home" from your Dashboard
Step 2: Find and click the “Contact App Support / Submit Content” button in the lower right-hand corner
OR
Find and click the Help Tile, followed by “Contact Support”
Step 3: Clicking this will open an in-app contact form.
Step 4: Tell us about your question, changes, or problem, be sure to attach any relevant attachments to aid us in assisting you and click submit. One of our technicians will reach out to you shortly.
